"Great space for a family get together. Bedrooms, baths and common spaces very spacious and comfortably furnished. Although we had very nice weather and were able to enjoy being outside, the layout of the house would work well in inclement weather just as well. A great location for enjoying walks on the beach or the street. Two decks means that one is almost always getting some sun or shade. The large deck off the back of the house has seating for at least 30 - amazing, the kitchen was spacious and well laid out and was the most well equipped of any house I've ever rented.
Easy access from the parking to the house (just one step up) and a master with ex suite bathroom (with walk-in shower) downstairs would make this an ideal house for anyone with limited mobility. In addition, one can enjoy the beach from the back deck.
The house was very clean and well maintained and the owner was very responsive to any questions/issues. It was redecorated in 2014, so is even nicer than the pictures.
We would definitely recommend this property.
We ate all our meals in, so can't recommend restaurants. We did hire Clambakes Etc to do a clambake for our group and they did a terrific job - would definitely recommend them.
Activities - can recommend the Shining Sea Bikeway that runs from Falmouth to Woods Hole and Corner cycle in Falmouth for bike rentals. Also recommend Heritage Museums and Gardens in Sandwich - even on a rainy day."

"We spent three delightful days on Cape Cod, enjoying this beautiful home. It has everything you could need for your stay--great kitchen, TV & cable, even beach towels provided. The home is in a perfect central location to explore all of the Cape, and is a delightful 5 min walk from the beach. The town of Hyannis was darling and every night we ate at another delicious restaurant right on Main Street. The shops were fabulous. We wished we had planned another couple of days for the area. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!"

"Wonderful place. First time to Cape Cod. We came in November, off season, so the place was empty and many shops/restaurants were closed but we LOVED it! No traffic, beach to ourselves (with a heavy coat of course!) The cottage is perfectly situated - Directly across the street from the beach so you don't have far to walk or have to pay for parking. On a very busy street but there are 2 crosswalks. VERY clean, everything you need including all the paper products - although it said you were supposed to supply your own. LOVED that they left shampoo from past renters so that we did not have to buy more. LOVED that they supplied sheets, even though you were supposed to bring your own. LOVED that they responded in 5 minutes when we alerted them that the Wi-Fi was out. LOVED the gas fireplace that made the place super cozy. Great having washer/dryer in the cottage too. There was even laundry soap, although we brought some just in case. Wonderful central location to explore entire Cape. Only negative was a very uncomfortable master bed HOWEVER - owner thanked us for letting them know and said they would be looking into it. They left sheets for the 2 single beds so we were able so sleep just fine - just not together. Would recommend this place and would stay here again."

"We had a magnificent three nights in this creekside garret. The thoughtfully chosen antique chairs and fainting couch were a great change from the usual mass-produced vacation chic that most rentals by the beach are awash in. The location is unbeatable: Everything in Wellfleet was in walking distance, and it was so relaxing to be able to go dinner or coffee or hop up to the library without getting in the car. And in the evenings, we could walk right across the wooden footbridge to take in the sunset, watch the tide roll in, or gawk at thousands of stars. The ocean with its majestic dunes and watchful seals was a quick car ride away, as were the wild walking trails of Great Island. The garret's kitchen was entirely adequate, and my partner, who is 6'0", was fine with the sloping ceilings.
We had many splendid meals on the trip, including enormous breakfast burritos at Box Lunch and a fine salmon at the Wicked Oyster, but the best meal was easily Blackfish in Truro--which, if memory serves, was Brenda's excellent recommendation. Speaking of which, Brenda was an excellent host--helpful at the outset and then left us to our own devices. A memorable and rejuvenating getaway!"
