  • Charm in Chatham

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this charming, and cozy cottage. I was in town working on a film set in 1952 Chatham called "The Finest Hours." It was a pleasure to come back to this wonderful retreat...I only wish I had more time to spend in the cottage while I was there! I had my small dog with me as well, which was great. Linda and Stan were very accommodating and were a pleasure to meet! The location and view are great and I would recommend this carriage house to anyone visiting Chatham!"

  • Wonderful time with family!

"My husband, 3 year old daughter, and I spent a week here at the end of July. The condo was spotlessly clean and exactly as pictured. Gerry was super easy to communicate with as we had never rented a condo in this fashion before. He helped walk us through the process. The location is amazing-about 5 minutes to P-Town. We drove our car here from the Toronto area and drove into town most days to eat or explore. There is lots of parking in central P-Town and we never had a problem finding a spot there or at the condo. In front of the condo is a great beach just over the dunes. Our daughter loved swimming there and collecting shells at both low and high tide. She also enjoyed watching all the kites flown and visiting the nearby oyster farm. There is a square of sand directly in front of the condo that would also make a good play area for kids. We also enjoyed sitting on the deck enjoying coffee, meals, or just the view. A very comfortable spot that we would recommend to everyone."

  • Best House on the Cape!

"This is the second time my family and I have rented this house and we always have the best time! Walking distance to town and only a short drive to the beach. There is nothing better then coming home after a beach day and swimming in the pool! My nephew loved the playground and basketball court. I definitely reccomend this house to anyone looking for a relaxing and amazing house in Hyannis!"

  • Prime location in Chatham

"We have stayed in the Gifford Buck apartment at Ship's Light for years. Improvements have been made which make the apartment better, including a new fridge, twin beds in one of the two bedrooms, wifi and updated furniture. The location to Main St. Chatham and its wonderful stores and restaurants couldn't be better and the venue has BBQ's, outdoor eating areas, laundry, parking and bicycle storage aplenty. The only caution I would give to prospective renters is that unless you have very quiet and considerate upstairs neighbours or are a heavy sleeper, you might be disturbed from time to time, morning and evening, by other renters in the house. The stairs to the upper rental units go right by the Gifford Buck apartment bedroom windows and it is likely that the upstairs renters do not realize that when arriving late at night or leaving early in the morning. This is a beautifully maintained old sea captain's house, which won a preservation award 5 years ago, and it's central location and fair pricing are exceptional."
