"I was lucky to stay in this wonderful house in October. The weather was beautiful and it was great to be able to walk down the street to the beach or into town to the shopping and restaurants. The town is quaint with a lot of fun shopping and excellent restaurants. The house itself is charming and comfortable for a large family or group. The updated kitchen was a plus and the large dining table makes for some memorable family meals. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay there again."

"My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this well-equipped historic home, a short walk from Boat Meadow Beach in Eastham. Its architecture is the essence of old Cape Cod, but with modern appliances and Internet service. The combination of the downstairs bedroom and three other bedrooms upstairs, plus a separate living room and den, provided plenty of privacy and space for all of our family members. The location on Bridge Road allowed us to take back roads to beaches and shopping in Eastham and Orleans without having to travel on Route 6. Don and Lynda were gracious and helpful hosts, and we would gladly rent their home again."

"Thanks so much for the wonderful vacation on the Cape. The house and amenities couldn't have been better. Great location ! Walk to Waquaquet Lake beach or a short drive to Craigsville Beach. Lots of shopping, golf, boating, and site seeing in Hyannis. Restaurants by the water had delicious sea food. A whale watch out of Barnstable Harbor. Spacious house with all the upgrades. Plenty of room, lots of sun, deck out back or in front were great. New Gas Grill worked great as well. Plenty of parking and setback in a nice quiet setting with lots of shade out back. Recommend to anyone staying in Hyannis."

"Thank you so much for allowing my family to stay at your Hyannis Mass. home this pass week. Your home is decorated beautifully with a beach theme which made the home very cozy. You have thought of all the "little" things to make your guests stay a little easier. We did a lot of cooking at the house and you had every utensil needed to complete the task at hand. Thank you so much for the gift, it was a pleasant surprise when we arrived. I liked how the house was located in a quiet neighborhood and the walk to the beach was not bad at all. We had a great week and the weather was beautiful. Thank you again for letting us stay at your home."
