YES, THE POND IS FULL OF TROUT!
"My family of "7" had a wonderful stay in this great home! The kayaks and bikes were such an added bonus. We fished in the pond and caught many trout....we did throw them back though. My children were busy every moment....riding bikes and jogging around the neighborhood, swimming at the beach, fishing, kayaking....and this was all within the Sheep Pond Estates. I must admit, we never felt like we had to exercise. Especially climbing up and down the steps to the dock! But the view from each step was more beautiful than the next. Amazing. Everything we could have wanted was in this home. We loved every moment. Thank you so much Susan and Phil for sharing. You have a gem!"

An extraordianry family vacation home and location
"Our six adults and four kids from age 3 to 73 found lots of fun stuff to do. An easy bike down Great Fields Road to the Cape Cod bike path; rode it every morning. Kate's ice cream was a favorite. The sweet-salty-sweet tang of a morning pond dip, afternoon beach, then back to the pond. Lived in swim trunks, sun screen and shades. More sailing next time. We loved the gazebo; for reading, for tea time, for viewing the sunset. Bonus: the collegiate summer baseball league! All this and a well-furnished and well-equipped place to come home to. Thank you for sharing your home and hospitality.

"We had a great experience in this condo over Thanksgiving weekend. It was cozy for our family of 5 (3 kids ages 7, 10, 11), but since we spend most of our time visiting family and friends, it worked out perfectly to have the bunk bed and twin. Well kept, bright and nicely stocked, we didn't lack for anything (except maybe coffee cups but that's because we drink a lot of coffee!). The linens clinched the deal. We also paid extra for two days of swimming pool and exercise room usage, but off season, it wasn't expensive and the facilities are nice. The setting on the golf and this being an end unit was lovely."

"Our family has stayed at this house for 10 consecutive summers and will keep coming back. The house is clean and spacious. The owners are so helpful and make every effort to make our stay special each year. We cannot imagine visiting the Cape and not staying in our favorite house. We have made so many wonderful memories there. This house has a great kitchen with everything at your fingertips to cook any kind of meal or grill outside. There is a nice deck with a great outdoor set. It is located close to the bike path and a quick drive to the center of Brewster and the beaches. There is a great lake right up the road. Our kids love the ping pong table in the basement! Just a great and relaxing place to spend time on the Cape."
