Cosy break over Thanksgiving
"Just returned from a wonderful few days away over Thanksgiving, really loved the house. Warm, welcoming, homely; great kitchen with loads of kit for cooking. There were 5 of us staying there, lots of space, books to read, games to play. Weather was rather wild and cold but the house was warm and cosy - we lit the fire in the evenings and lounged around. The location is great - we walked along the bike path opposite into Nickerson State Park, hiked in the park, absolutely beautiful. Beaches close by, lots of little places to eat at too. Owners were really easy to deal with, quick to respond. Highly recommend the place. We will come back again (need to try out the body boards next time!)"

"We were recently married and given the size of the group we needed a large house with ample space in the dennis / brewster area. We could not have chosen any better. The house has fantastic amenities and was perfectly suited for us. The house is very spacious and has a lovely large garden that the kids played in for hours on end. The front porch was a perfect spot to sit and end the evening or watch the break of day.
The owners were first class with all their interactions - always on point with excellent communication. We would definitely rent again, terrific experience."

"Over the years, my family has stayed at several places on Cape Cod, including homes in Brewster. This year we needed a place for my wife and I, my daughter and son-in-law and our two grandsons. This house was perfect!
This is easily one of the very best places we have rented. The listing is 100% accurate. The house was spic and span and it is beautifully maintained. All of the appliances (refrigerator, stovetop, oven, washer and dryer, etc.) were exactly as described and all were in perfect working order. Internet access was excellent and the Cable reception and available channels was as good as I have ever had in a rental property. The basement downstairs was an added plus providing a separate area for viewing DVD's or local TV, as well as for playing ping-pong, or just relaxing in a separate quiet area.
The neighborhood is lovely and quiet. The location is very near the Cape Cod Rail trail which was a major plus for me. I was able to ride my bike every morning. Also the little beach at the end of the street was very nice. We also spent time at lovely Breakwater beach which is 5 minutes away. Also we spent a day in Provincetown to go whale watching which was wonderful.
The owner was very easy to work with and was very helpful with any questions we had. He also provided recommendations that were exactly on target.
All in all, everyone had a great time and we highly recommend the Brewster Vacation Getaway."

A True Gem Perfect for Family Gatherings - Quintessential Cape!
"THANK YOU for sharing your exquisite property with our family. This is the perfect summer home for extended family gatherings and one of the best vacation properties we have rented. We would highly recommend this house to any family seeking a True Cape experience. The owner is an interior designer and her passion and skills are revealed in this showroom house -- loaded with family heirloom antiques and original artwork. There are very few vacation properties in this area which have this much historic character, tasteful design and comfort. The rambling antique property is divided into two main wings -- the original 1740 cottage with 2 bedrooms (including the master suite) and the barn extension with 3 additional bedrooms (2 bedrooms are connected which is perfect for young parents who want an attached kids room). This setup was perfect for our multi-generational family so the grandparents could enjoy some peace on one end with our little toddlers running around on the other end of the property. Each bedroom is decorated in a unique and special way. We felt like we were staying in our own private, antique B&B! We enjoyed gathering for family dinners in the farmhouse kitchen. The house has the best kitchen we have ever enjoyed in a vacation property - We love cooking and its clear the owners do as well given the huge professional oven, large kitchen island and the great array of Creuset pans and kitchen utensils. And after tucking the kids in at night, the grown-ups would enjoy a night-cap under the stars in the "Secret Garden." The Website listing does not do justice to the property's grounds. The in-ground pool is private and perfect for cooling off after a full day at the beach. There is also a sprawling 2 acre lawn -- our kids had plenty of room to run around and play soccer. We really enjoyed riding our bikes on the Cape Cod Rail Trail. There are also several family-friendly restaurants within walking distance. We also had fun going to Cape Baseball games which are just a short bike ride away. The owners are a delight -- very responsive and helpful. This amazing property represents everything that true Summer Cape vacations are all about -- we are definitely coming back and can't wait to return. Highly Recommended."
