Perfect for a family holiday on the Cape
"We had a really wonderful vacation. The house is very attractive and is perfect for a family - loads of space inside the house and also an extensive garden (with Koi pond).
It can't be beaten for location. All parts of the Cape are easily accessible. Plus the road is quiet and has the benefit of being right next to Long Pond (which is more of a lake!). Use of kayaks is included - the kids loved it.
The house is well stocked with everything you're likely to need, including games and beach stuff for the kids (great as we flew in from the UK).
Book it - you'll love it!"

A True Gem Perfect for Family Gatherings - Quintessential Cape!
"THANK YOU for sharing your exquisite property with our family. This is the perfect summer home for extended family gatherings and one of the best vacation properties we have rented. We would highly recommend this house to any family seeking a True Cape experience. The owner is an interior designer and her passion and skills are revealed in this showroom house -- loaded with family heirloom antiques and original artwork. There are very few vacation properties in this area which have this much historic character, tasteful design and comfort. The rambling antique property is divided into two main wings -- the original 1740 cottage with 2 bedrooms (including the master suite) and the barn extension with 3 additional bedrooms (2 bedrooms are connected which is perfect for young parents who want an attached kids room). This setup was perfect for our multi-generational family so the grandparents could enjoy some peace on one end with our little toddlers running around on the other end of the property. Each bedroom is decorated in a unique and special way. We felt like we were staying in our own private, antique B&B! We enjoyed gathering for family dinners in the farmhouse kitchen. The house has the best kitchen we have ever enjoyed in a vacation property - We love cooking and its clear the owners do as well given the huge professional oven, large kitchen island and the great array of Creuset pans and kitchen utensils. And after tucking the kids in at night, the grown-ups would enjoy a night-cap under the stars in the "Secret Garden." The Website listing does not do justice to the property's grounds. The in-ground pool is private and perfect for cooling off after a full day at the beach. There is also a sprawling 2 acre lawn -- our kids had plenty of room to run around and play soccer. We really enjoyed riding our bikes on the Cape Cod Rail Trail. There are also several family-friendly restaurants within walking distance. We also had fun going to Cape Baseball games which are just a short bike ride away. The owners are a delight -- very responsive and helpful. This amazing property represents everything that true Summer Cape vacations are all about -- we are definitely coming back and can't wait to return. Highly Recommended."

"Sear's Point has been a summer tradition for our family for eight years now. Private beach, tennis and pool make it ideal for families. Accommodation is spacious, clean and comfortable with all the amenities of home! Highly recommend."

"Our family spent a week in this townhouse. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and spacious for the 4 of us. It was so nice for us all to have space to relax at the beginning and end of the day. We had everything we needed there to cook and wash clothing. We used the indoor pools quite a bit, which were a quick bike ride from the place. We also went to the Mansions side for their s'mores night! The area is nice a quiet at night which is great. The only downside for us (which had nothing to do with the actual townhouse) was the location from the bike trail. Our kids love riding the trail, but it was a bit too far for us to ride our bikes to and we'd have to go on the main road of the resort. I would have preferred being closer to the trail to not have to use the car at all."
