  • 3rd time at this house

"We love this house. It is very spacious, very well stocked and accessible to a lot of fun things. Downtown hyaniss is just 10 min drive. You got the cape cod mall, bjs, stop and shop, home goods, toysrus and many more in 10 min drive radius. The craigsville beach is 15 min drive and the lake is 20 steps from the house. The lake is sandy and has some shade to it. The house has very good beds so all of us were very comfortable. It is very spacious and has a lot of light which is a big plus for me. We had an amazing time. I recommended this house to all my friends."

  • Incredible - Best property on the Cape!

"I am a HomeAway employee that recently stayed here with some friends. I've been visiting the Cape since I was a child, and this is by far the most gorgeous house I've been to yet. Every single inch is decorated and outfitted perfectly. The bedding is beautiful and soft, the kitchen is stocked and spotless, the bathrooms are modern and have fluffy white towels, the patios are comfortable - everything is amazing. The screened in room with the fireplace was our favorite spot. We made s'mores one night and just sat around enjoying the breeze for hours The rental is within walking distance to Craigville Beach and the snack shacks, 2 general stores, and Four Seas Ice Cream (don't miss it). We couldn't have been any happier with this rental and the owner. If I could have this owner come decorate my home in Austin, I would! I wouldn't be able to think of a single negative thing to say about this place if I tried. I am in love with this home!"

  • Beautiful Property. 5-Star Amenities. Unbeatable Location.

"For the past 30 years, our family has traveled to Cape Cod for our annual summer vacation at Craigville Beach. In that time, we have stayed in many different motels, hotels and rental vacation homes throughout the Centerville / Hyannis / Barnstable area. This property was by far the most beautiful, well-appointed and ideally-located home we have ever enjoyed. The Trade Winds complex itself is a stunning and unique property located on a prime piece of historic Cape Cod shore land. Its grey cedar and crisp white exterior, accentuated by charming architectural details, is quintessentially Cape Cod. The grounds are impeccably manicured and well-maintained. The overall aesthetic is a fitting tribute to the property’s former life as a grand old seaside resort. Moving inside, the unassuming entryway leads to a beautiful, open-concept kitchen / dining / living area that offers stunning views of the outdoor grounds and the ocean beyond. The upstairs bedrooms, with their soaring windows and shared balcony, offer even more impressive water views for everyone to enjoy. On the whole, the interior is simple, elegant and refreshingly uncluttered. The furnishings, colors and decor are all tastefully beach-inspired, clean, fresh and cohesive. The entire space is as comfortable and relaxing as it is beautiful. Even a rainy day was an enjoyable retreat in this lovely home. Outdoors, the property opens to a large, private deck for reading and dining al fresco, while the upstairs balcony is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee and take in the ocean view. The deck also provides quick access to the shared in-ground pool and charming lake-side gazebo. Of course, it’s only a short walk to the public and private beaches across the street, meaning that everyone can spend as much time as they want enjoying the sandy spot of their choice. Our family very much enjoyed our week at the Trade Winds. The property itself is beautiful inside and out, pairing classic charm with an abundance of modern amenities. Moreover, its location is second to none. From our first inquiry to final departure, the owner and his staff were always very helpful, courteous and professional. Overall, our entire experience was wonderful. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a premium and truly relaxing Cape Cod experience. We cannot wait to return next year!"

  • Great Home - Great Location

"We used this home for our family vacation. There was 11 of us ranging from ages 5mths to 75yrs old. The home was huge and accommodated all of us, with room to spare. Very clean and right down the street to the beach and other shops as advertised. The owner was very accommodating. I highly recommend this home."
