  • This house is perfect. It belonged to my grandparents & I love the location and area.

"I have been to S. Chatham for the summer vacation for about 50 years. As my mother said "Once the sand of Cape Cod gets in your shoes, you are never free of it. You will return. She was right!"

  • Perfect Winter Weekend!

"I celebrated my birthday here last weekend with 13 other people and had an amazing time staying at the Priscilla House! Everything in the house was so pretty, clean, and spacious- it is obvious a lot of love & care are put into this house to make sure guests have an amazing experience! Peggy, the caretaker, was so kind and very fast in responding to texts with any questions I had! With 14 of us in the house no one felt over crowded... Actually, everyone was commenting on how much space we had! The kitchen is fully stocked- we cooked multiple times and were equipped with every utensil you could think of! The town of Chatham is picturesque and perfect! And with the location of the house right on Main Street you have walking access to all shops/galleries/restaurants/bars and a 2 min drive (5-10 min walk) to the beach. I've visited Cape Cod in the summer several times, but going in the winter was beautiful & charming (Christmas tree lighting, shopping, and bundled up visits to beach!). I can't imagine a better birthday weekend!"

  • Prime location in Chatham

"We have stayed in the Gifford Buck apartment at Ship's Light for years. Improvements have been made which make the apartment better, including a new fridge, twin beds in one of the two bedrooms, wifi and updated furniture. The location to Main St. Chatham and its wonderful stores and restaurants couldn't be better and the venue has BBQ's, outdoor eating areas, laundry, parking and bicycle storage aplenty. The only caution I would give to prospective renters is that unless you have very quiet and considerate upstairs neighbours or are a heavy sleeper, you might be disturbed from time to time, morning and evening, by other renters in the house. The stairs to the upper rental units go right by the Gifford Buck apartment bedroom windows and it is likely that the upstairs renters do not realize that when arriving late at night or leaving early in the morning. This is a beautifully maintained old sea captain's house, which won a preservation award 5 years ago, and it's central location and fair pricing are exceptional."

  • Fabulous rental!!

"My sister and I rented this beautiful home with my 2 teenaged daughters. We aboslutely loved it. Not only was the house great and new,but every possible amenity was there. The owners could not have been any nicer and responsive. The property is beautifully landscaped, too and there is a swimming pool and tennis court a few steps away. The only thing is that we did not want to go out! There is even a lovely patio. My older daughter is a runner and she ran to Harding's Beach and to town easily every day. Could not have asked for a more lovely rental!"
