Great for teens and Mom
"I booked this house for three nights after a few days of college touring in Boston. It was perfect for the 5 teen boys (yes, 5) and me. It's close enough to drive or bike into town or to the beaches, and it has plenty of room. The boys loved the pool table in the basement, and we enjoyed grilling fresh caught bass on the grill. When the boys walked in they said, "Whoa, this is nice!" And they were right. Thanks for a great time. We hope to be back for a longer stay next year."

"This was our second time staying here with our 2 young children (aged 2.5 and 4 years). The house is amazingly well equipped (down to the extra toothbrush kits in the hall closet). The yard is beautiful and well landscaped, but not to the point that you feel your kids shouldn't play there. We found the basement area a key amenity, with lots of toys and games that kept our little ones happy for hours at a time. The location is good as it is within a relatively short walk to the downtown area (15-20 minutes). The barbecue and well equipped kitchen were extremely useful as we don't want to go out to dinner for every meal. The house had everything we needed, including towels, beach chairs, beach toys. Everything about the house and rental experience was extremely well organized.
I would strongly recommend this house to anyone with children, from babies to teenagers (the bunk beds and living area downstairs would be ideal for older kids who want their own space). Would not recommend to childless couples or anyone looking to be on the beach or within an easy walk."

"This is a truly charming cottage with a very short walk to the beach. The house is outfitted with everything we needed, including games (for that one rainy morning), books (novels, children's, local detail), well outfitted kitchen, great deck and beautiful flowers. It's an idillic neighborhood, too."

"To avoid vacationing traffic we only stayed Sunday - Friday but regretted our departure. Wonderful setting, location could not be better & cottage is spotless & tastefully appointed. The outdoor dining (with grille) was most enjoyable. Privacy was appreciated and no words big enough to describe the Quiet! Oyster Pond is just across the street and we walked into town & local restaurants. I highly recommend this Piece of Heaven!"
