History, location and charm.
"Prince Harding, with its cosyand private front porch is a perfect studio for two people looking for an intown location within an easy walk to Oyster Pond and the shops and restaurants of Main Street. Still easy, but longer is a walk Lighthouse Beach.
The historic property is pristinely maintained by its friendly and helpful owners. The queensized bed is very comfortable. The provided linens are sufficient and the kitchen amenities will surprise. The garage washer and dryer are convenient and easy to access.
For me, Ship's Light is the perfect vacation location."

"I'd start off my saying that as great a job as the pictures do for Sue's cottage, in person it's even nicer. The layout and renovations are awesome - so well thought out. My wife and I, along with our 6 month old spent 4 days here recently and had a great first family vacation! The proximity to Chatham restaurants, cool shops and even beach areas is perfect. Everything is walkable. It's also not too far from a local grocery store, liquor stores, or if you want to venture out to see the rest of the Cape. There is a grill here, along with a kitchen stock full of anything you'll need.
We especially loved the board games, toys for kids, beach chairs in the shed, back patio for cocktails and grilling, central air & heat (we used both based on the tricky weather up there) and what seemed to be brand new renovations to parts of the home. Great place overall, will definitely be back! Thanks Sue!"

"We spent a week in this amazing vacation rental. It is a lovely and VERY spacious cottage. It is very comfortable, beautifully decorated, so much attention to detail! It was the perfect place for our family of four. The upstairs bedroom is huge and allows for a very separate living space--perfect for teenagers or a couple. There is a loft feel to the place and the living room is so spacious and bright that you almost want to stay in the house and enjoy the peace and quiet of the very nice neighborhood. It has a lovely balcony where one can enjoy a morning breakfast and the afternoon sunlight. They are not exaggerating when they say the kitchen is fully equipped. It also has a basement with washer and dryer which was very convenient when you are coming from the beach every day. The private beach is very small but very close. I walked with my 4-year old daughter to the beach in the morning. Very easy access. The recommendations of the owners about where to dine and where to go were terrific. We followed all of them, we recommend you do the same. Chatham is a great place to stay -- not only because it is a beautiful town - but also there is a lot to do in the surrounding towns. We rent houses and apartments in all the vacations that we go and we can say this was the best rental we have ever stayed at. We can tell you that it made our vacation at the Cape better than we could have ever had imagined."

"So much fun! Too much time passes between family reunions and you forget how important they are! 16 of us rearranged our busy schedules for a "must do" gathering on Cape Cod. Friends recommended Chatham and they were right! We had never been to Chatham before and delighted in its laid-back, fisherman lifestyle. Lots of magnificent fancy new homes, but a vintage charm dotted by antique cottages and quaint shops. A worthy history lesson for all of us! Everything to do, yet nothing to do. Perfect!! The house was amazing, everything we wanted and more, and we recommend it highly. This was a great place to gather where you also had your space and privacy."
