NJ SHORE COMES TO THE CAPE :)
"We had a fantastic visit this past week!
The owners were extremely nice and helpful, the house was very clean, the backyard was peaceful and relaxing and the location was perfect for the nearby beach, park, and many restaurants and recreation near by.
Our family of 5 (2 others could not make it) thought there was so much space to relax and Chill! I would highly recommend this home and location for any/all upcoming visitors to Cape Cod!
Chrisanne and Paul Thank you again for always going the extra yard and making sure any/all of our needs or questions were always answered so quickly. Awesome vacation and visit :)"

"We especially enjoyed the Great Room, back yard and the huge Oak dining table. Everything was spacious in this house, including the best outdoor shower ever. Quiet neighborhood and a walk to a nice beach. We'd come again and recommend this home to others."

"Paradise is found in this beautifully decorated spacious home situated on the Swan River. Early morning on the porch, overlooking the tidal river, with breakfast and a love for nature cannot be beat! Our kayak sat out on the end of the pier waiting to take us up to Swan Pond or down to the ocean. Great fun for everyone in the family. Conservation land across the river is home to deer, geese, egrets, and once we even saw a fox! In the yard come family friendly ducks, rabbits, and so many varieties of birds, even our bird lover friends were amazed.
All this, along with the joys of the cape, especially the Dennis bay beaches with tidal flats that rival all else, and the great seafood, reminds us of childhood pleasures of coming home in evenings for fires in the fire pit, games and reading and the joys of family time. Bring your bikes, too, as rail trails are convenient and safe.
The Burns family truly provide top accommodations - the beds are super comfortable, two bathrooms plus a oversized whirlpool bath and an outdoor shower make for ease in accommodating six people of all ages. Our highest recommendation comes with our hope to return next year for our third stay at this idyllic hidden gem."

Excellent Price for a wonderful location in South Yarmouth
"We had a group of 5 adults stay at this home for a long weekend while attending a wedding just down the road at Red jacket Resort. The owner was incredibly easy to work with and very prompt in responding to emails making the booking very easy.
The house has a VERY large kitchen with everything you'll need to whip up a few easy meals. Master BEdroom queen bed was very comfy. We all enjoyed the outdoor shower as well. Charcoal grill had everything we needed to grill up some wings Sat night.
If you are looking for brand new granite blah blah blah this isn't the place for you. If you are looking for old timey capecod this is the spot!
We walked to the windmill beach was 5 mins up the road, small beach but very nice to sit and watch the boats cruise the Bass river. Bakery up the street was great, grab some cinnamon rolls! Plenty of good food options right up the street on Old Main st and Rt 28.
Only thing to mark it down a star would be to clean up the Backyard a bit. Table and chairs provided but there were a lot of trees w/ limbs broken hanging over the yard."
