NJ SHORE COMES TO THE CAPE :)
"We had a fantastic visit this past week!
The owners were extremely nice and helpful, the house was very clean, the backyard was peaceful and relaxing and the location was perfect for the nearby beach, park, and many restaurants and recreation near by.
Our family of 5 (2 others could not make it) thought there was so much space to relax and Chill! I would highly recommend this home and location for any/all upcoming visitors to Cape Cod!
Chrisanne and Paul Thank you again for always going the extra yard and making sure any/all of our needs or questions were always answered so quickly. Awesome vacation and visit :)"

"We enjoyed the location for kayaking, sailing, and SUP. If you like to paddle, the ride down the Bass River to the sound is a nice one. We also enjoyed swimming and looking for little water critters off the dock. It was a great central point for exploring the CCRT (although the road to get to the rail trail is quite busy with a small shoulder and not safely bikable for children, which the owner had fully disclosed ahead of time when I asked), and for going to sound, bay and oceanside beaches. We loved Gray's Beach and Flax Pond nearby, and Coast Guard and Nauset Beaches were an easy drive. The owner was very communicative, friendly and helpful. She made a great recommendation for Sesuit Harbor Cafe for a scenic spot and delicious lobster roll. The cottage was super clean and well stocked. We enjoyed the spacious deck for outdoor dining. The owner graciously allowed us to have 8 people and a dog, but 4 adults and 4 children inside did feel a bit cramped. I would highly recommend this place for a group/family of 4-6 people. The cottage is on the road to the public boat launch, but it never felt too noisy or crowded. The association beach was nice and the kids had fun on the water trampoline, but it is a 5 minute walk away either on the road or along a non-trail on the shore. Overall, it was a great experience. We rent a waterfront home for a week every summer, and this one ranked at the top in the categories of cleanliness and owner communications."

"This is a wonderful home to stay at in West Yarmouth. It's a great location and close to everything you need.
I have vacationed several times here and it has always been a great stay. I really wouldn't want to stay anywhere else! The home is very comforatable and clean. It is well stocked with what you need in the kitchen. The new deck is absolutley beautiful and so nice to just relax with friends or family on. Plenty of parking.
We were able to go to the Scallop Festival in East Falmouth on Sept 19th. Would recommend it to anyone who can make it next year. There was a good variety of food(not just scallops) and good family music. Many vendors selling their goods.
Cooke's Seafood in Hyannis had excellent fried clams and lobster roll.
The owners are wonderful. They are very friendly and helpful.
I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay at the Cape. I will definately return in the future!"
