"Paradise is found in this beautifully decorated spacious home situated on the Swan River. Early morning on the porch, overlooking the tidal river, with breakfast and a love for nature cannot be beat! Our kayak sat out on the end of the pier waiting to take us up to Swan Pond or down to the ocean. Great fun for everyone in the family. Conservation land across the river is home to deer, geese, egrets, and once we even saw a fox! In the yard come family friendly ducks, rabbits, and so many varieties of birds, even our bird lover friends were amazed.
All this, along with the joys of the cape, especially the Dennis bay beaches with tidal flats that rival all else, and the great seafood, reminds us of childhood pleasures of coming home in evenings for fires in the fire pit, games and reading and the joys of family time. Bring your bikes, too, as rail trails are convenient and safe.
The Burns family truly provide top accommodations - the beds are super comfortable, two bathrooms plus a oversized whirlpool bath and an outdoor shower make for ease in accommodating six people of all ages. Our highest recommendation comes with our hope to return next year for our third stay at this idyllic hidden gem."

"We enjoyed our stay in this Dennisport home for the second year. Great deck, outdoor shower, and clothes line (not insignificant when you go to the beach every day) and large back yard. Fans galore help keep the temp down and for those really sticky evenings, we ran the bedroom A/C units. Convenient location to multiple Nantucket sound beaches including Inman beach 10 minutes (walk) away. Driveway small and tight but extra cars can be parked in the street."

"This condo was everything it was described as: clean, well stocked with all we needed, conveniently located for those wanting to explore the entire Cape etc. Neighbours were friendly and informative about the "must see" spots. Gerry and Karen's condo was the perfect choice for our first trip to the Cape. It was a comfortable choice for our family of four (2 teenagers) who was looking for a realistically priced location that ended up having a stunning view! Thanks folks...we would highly recommend this spot and will share our wonderful experience with others! Hope to return real soon....:)"
