"Our entire family comprised of 4 adult children, spouses and 2 babies and grandparents stayed in the lovely Greylady last week . It was a lovely home with large kitchen and two large tables to accommodate our large family dinners. The family room with the grand stone fireplace made a perfect area to play games , read and bond!!! The wrap around outdoor and indoor porch was a favorite area to enjoy quiet time. The home has an ocean view throughout with a cool breeze circulating the rooms. Finally, the owners are very gracious , kind, and assured all was perfect for the week. We would recommend this beautiful home for any season!!!!!"

"I want to thank Carol and Joe for a wonderful week in Wellfleet. Their house was just right for us. It had plenty of space for two couples (parents and a set of married children) with private bedrooms, baths, and sitting areas for each of us and a great gathering space in the dining room and sunspace that looked out onto lovely shade trees and the salt marsh. It was warm but not too hot while we were there and we were grateful that the sunspace was sunny in the morning and shaded in the afternoon and evening. Opening the windows let the breezes blow through too. It was extra fun in the few rain showers to sit in the sunspace and watch the water pour off. The house is very nicely decorated and we couldn't believe how well equipped the kitchen was. It had every kind of dish, bowl, pan and accessory you could ever want. The house is very private but, on a sad note, you can hear the Highway 6 traffic across the salt marsh if you keep the bedroom windows open at night. I'm sensitive to noise but actually it didn't bother me at all. The location was convenient to everything from Orleans to Ptown. It was funny to us that the tradition in that part of the country is that owners don't provide linens and also apparently you can't leave food behind. It's always nice to find a supply of stuff like ketchup and mayo in the fridge. But those were small inconveniences compared to all the other amenities. So, we highly recommend this house."

"This property was perfect for us to have time together and space when needed. It is nicely located near Hardings and Ridgevale beach as well a creek at the end of the road. You can bike to town as well. Ping Pong and Fuzball table were favourites for our teenage boys. We are planning to return."

"Our family of four spent a peaceful week at this gem of a house. The decor was beachy chic, and the condition was pristine. The location was perfect for exploring the cape yet we never wanted to leavw the deck! Our mornings were spent enjoying coffee on the porch listening to the birds and our evenings were spent back on the deck enjoying a glorious view of the salt water pond. We were able to rent kayaks and SUPs for the week and we left them below the house so that we could spend our days paddling through the adjacent waterways to quiet beaches. Just be sure to bring water shoes as the entrance is quite muddy. The owners were not only charming, but a wealth of information and we hope to return to this little slice of paradise"
