"We couldn't ask for more! Here are some of the highlights of our stay: Low tide at our beach showing the kids how to clam for our dinner. Walks along the shore to the Fish Pier to see the seals and to bring back the freshest lobster and fish n chips. Evening surfcasting and family campfires at our oceanfront under the stars. Endless kayaking, swimming, and boogie-boarding. Walks from our beach to Chatham Bars Inn for cocktails. And, most importantly, a fabulous Cape Cod estate, very classy, with perfect décor, boundless amenities, very clean and welcoming! Everything suited our adventurous family of 19 just perfectly!"

House was nice and modern, very stuffy and needs better air conditioning for summer rental.
"The house was nice. We were pretty well only there to sleep and didn't spend much tie at the house. There were a few house keeping issues that I wouldn't have expected at the price they are charging but better then staying in a hotel."

"This was our fourth year at this home, and it was just as wonderful as we remember it. The house has every amenity you would be looking for in a vacation home (New Gas Grille, Washer Dryer, Several Large flat screens , and has a large well stocked kitchen. Four very comfortable bedrooms work great for our family and friends, the yard and deck overlook Buttermilk Bay; walk off the deck into the water.
Quiet neighborhood, conveniently located to the canal great place for walks and biking. Just a lovely experience; it never feels like a rental house it was truly our home. Ralph and family have always been a great resource for what to do in the area.
We all agreed we would be back for #5 - we didn't want to leave! Thanks Ralph!"

"First time at the Cape and we picked a great location. The community is great - small but it's the perfect size for a getaway. The beach is very clean and water warmer than expected. The condo was bigger than expected. It was the perfect size for 2 adults and 2 kids. I don't think more adults would work. It was very clean well maintained. I don't have any complaints besides needing A/C. The first half of the week the humidity was very high and after being at the beach or going for a bike ride it would have been nice to come home to refreshing A/C. We had every window open and fans running but it just didn't seem to cut it. Otherwise we enjoyed our time there. The marketplace was ok. Mashpee commons was better to walk around. It's a great spot to have day trips from. There are plenty of trails for old and young. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend Chris's place."
