I'll Never Stay Anywhere Else
"I have been coming to the Cape for a number of years and this is by far the best house my family and I have rented. It is definitely my "go to" place anytime I visit the Cape in the future. The house feels like a "home". It is beautifully furnished with all the amenities - outdoor gathering spaces, a full range of kitchen supplies, ample seating, and comfortable beds. The owner even provides bicycles!!!! The location is great, minutes from Nantucket Sound, the Cape Cod Rail Trail, and the best ice cream place on the Cape (The Sundae School). I can't wait to go back."

"Paradise is found in this beautifully decorated spacious home situated on the Swan River. Early morning on the porch, overlooking the tidal river, with breakfast and a love for nature cannot be beat! Our kayak sat out on the end of the pier waiting to take us up to Swan Pond or down to the ocean. Great fun for everyone in the family. Conservation land across the river is home to deer, geese, egrets, and once we even saw a fox! In the yard come family friendly ducks, rabbits, and so many varieties of birds, even our bird lover friends were amazed.
All this, along with the joys of the cape, especially the Dennis bay beaches with tidal flats that rival all else, and the great seafood, reminds us of childhood pleasures of coming home in evenings for fires in the fire pit, games and reading and the joys of family time. Bring your bikes, too, as rail trails are convenient and safe.
The Burns family truly provide top accommodations - the beds are super comfortable, two bathrooms plus a oversized whirlpool bath and an outdoor shower make for ease in accommodating six people of all ages. Our highest recommendation comes with our hope to return next year for our third stay at this idyllic hidden gem."

"We arrived to the smiles of Deb and Mary, nicest people ever. They showed us around the gourgous home, which is amazing. Everything you need or want at your fingertips. The yard is a thing of beauty, gardens everywhere. Deb took us all around and showed us the two closest beaches, best places to eat. Where to go for the best ice cream, and some spots that were extremely beautiful. The back yard is really hard to tear yourself away from, just saying. Loved it and will definetly go back, was so relaxing."

"This is the perfect place for a cape escape! It has everything you need!! I rented this wonderful vacation home for a week with my family. Fenced-in yard for my grandson, lots of rooms to get together or to have some private time, s'mores over the fire in the fireplace. Relaxing jacuzzi, walk to beach and restaurants. We had a fun and memorable time. The location is great as it is mid-cape, so a very reasonable drive to anywhere on the cape.
I went back with 5 of my quilting friends for a retreat and we had a great time. Plenty of room for our sewing machines, walks to the beach and gift shop for a break. Everyone loved the house. Paul and Chris went out of their way to answer questions and even helped with a quilting project!
We can't wait to go back!"
