  • Wonderful week in a GREAT house!

"We just returned from a wonderful week in this beautiful house. We couldn't have been happier with our choice. Our beach vacations are usually in New Jersey and we thought we'd try Cape Cod for a change. It did not disappoint nor did the recommendations of Mike and Jan for restaurants, shopping on Main Street, and enjoying the beach! The neighborhood is very quiet but just minutes away from the beach and/or shopping/dining on Main Street. The ferry to Martha's Vineyard is a short walk away and it takes you right to Edgartown which is a beautiful town to see. The description of the house was more than accurate. We were very comfortable and felt very much at home! When we return for another Cape Cod vacation, we hope to stay here again! Thanks again Mike and Jan!"

  • wonderful, fully equipped home right on the harbor!

"we had a lovely stay in this apartment. it's in a great location - just a few minutes from the bustle of town, on a quiet street right on the water. the patio in the back is right on the harbor and a great place to spend the morning or evening. the neighbors in the apartment are very friendly - one kind neighbor even gave us some wine! the apartment is fully equipped - wifi, tv/dvd, stereo with an aux cable for music from your phone or ipod, A/C, all kitchen equipment you could need, and even some useful kitchen supplies like oil and spices to help out if you're cooking at home. the bed was amazing - king sized bed with a high quality mattress that gave great support and was better than our bed at home - we slept soundly. highly recommend this place for your provincetown stay!"

  • Beyond expectations!

"My husband & I looked long & hard for a place to gather with 3 other couples for a week, celebrating my son's wedding. Everyone felt comfortable, loved the space and the fully stocked kitchen. The pictures truly represented the property. Having the backyard and large patio table & chairs were a definite plus! The proximity to the ocean, ferry, Main Street, etc. made quick getaways very easy. We agree that the owners were extremely responsive & helpful. Our first experience with VBRO was awesome! Thank you!"

  • Keep Coming Back!

"This place really is a "home away from home" and not your typical beach rental. We have vacationed at this house for the past 4 summers and each year the owners add improvements to ensure a positive stay. They truly care about their property and do their best to make sure you enjoy the property as much as they do (including a "goody basket" upon arrival!) Our kids are 3 and a 6 years old and the house is perfect for them. Large backyard for whiffle ball or Frisbee, huge deck to eat/enjoy drinks, and finish the night with a fire in the fire pit and roasting marshmellows. In addition, the neighborhood is quiet with very little traffic, which allows for plenty of safe walks, bike rides, scooters, etc. We especially like the walk to the subdivision pool, a short 5 minutes away. The pool was always a nice option in the afternoon after a morning at the beach followed by lunch and naps :) With the house centrally located to everything, it's easy to find what you want. The beach, grocery store, local outdoor marketplace, ice cream parlors, restaurants, pizza, bars, and even bowling alleys are ALL less than 5 mins away. In addition, we've taken a liking to driving the 20 minutes to Falmouth to visit the downtown area and then rent bikes to enjoy the scenic bike path along the ocean. It's important to point out that this house initially appealed to us because they have a crib ready to go so we didn't have to pack one. While we no longer need/use it, it's still in the house and a GREAT amenity for families with a little one. We keep coming back because there isn't a better place out there. The quiet, the cleanliness, the space, the owners, and the deck (!) are what makes this place special."
