  • Great house in perfect location

"3 couples (my wife and I, and both sets of our parents) and a baby had a blast at this house. You're 1-2 blocks from the harbor, a 10 minute beautiful walk to Main street, and what a great price. We've stayed in many houses found on VRBO, and I can say I was very impressed with what was inside the house. Usually we are hopeful for sugar and ketchup. This house had everything from coffee to condiments, nice tvs and dvd player, beautiful bathrooms with really nice showers/tubs, trash bags, paper towels, everything to do laundry and clean up. Also had a nice supply of kitchen stuff (stainless steel pots & pans, plenty of cups and utensils, grill outside). I brought half my kitchen expecting nothing to be in the house and was so very pleasantly surprised. Can't say how the house would be in prime season, but we had an amazing trip here right before Memorial Day. I would highly recommend to anyone."

  • Will Be Back!

"My family and I stayed on the Grassy Knoll side of this cottage last month, and it was FANTASTIC! My children (ages 3 and 6) had plenty of room to run around the private yard, while blowing bubbles or playing catch. Additionally, you can't get a better location- literally, you are across the street from the beach! The cottage provided a plastic wagon, which was perfect- sitting the kids, umbrellas, and chairs in it as we walked to the beach. It truly was an easy, breezy good time. Also, there is a great park in town that the kids LOVED. We spent one day at the Boston Aquarium (1.5 hour away) and another day at the Cape Cod Inflatable Park (20 minutes away). There was so much for us to do with the kids. It was our first family vacation and it couldn't have been better. We will be back; hopefully in 2016:)!!"

East Falmouth Travel Tips

East Falmouth Vacation Rentals: Your Ideal Home Away from Home

When you go on vacation, you want to be as comfortable as possible. Unfortunately, most hotel rooms simply fall short in that area. They're cramped, generic, and unfriendly. East Falmouth vacation rentals are exactly the opposite. They're warm, full of character, and just as comfortable as your own home. No matter how many people you travel with, whether you're on your own or with a large family, you'll have plenty of space and beds for everyone.

East Falmouth is a Beach Lover's Dream

Located in Falmouth, in the southwestern part of Cape Cod, the village of East Falmouth is the perfect Massachusetts destination for anyone looking for a great beach vacation, and East Falmouth beach homes are the best way to experience it. With an average water temperature of 70 degrees and more than 68 miles of coastline, Falmouth has the warmest waters of any in Cape Cod as well as some of the most spectacular sunsets. East Falmouth beaches also bask in some of the coolest summer breezes, which means your day on the beach will be crisp and refreshing, not stifling and sweltering.

Activities and Relaxation Abound in East Falmouth

When it comes to Cape Cod lodging, East Falmouth is in the heart of it all. It's the perfect location for day trips to some of the area's most attractive destinations, such as Martha's Vineyard, Nantucket, Boston, Plymouth, Provincetown, and Newport, Rhode Island. You can also go whale watching, take a boat cruise, go kayaking or canoeing, and of course, go fishing. If you're more of a land lover, though, you could take in a concert, peruse museums, or shop for art and antiques. Whatever you choose to do or wherever you choose to go, you'll be happy to come back to your cozy, comfortable rental in the quaint, quiet village of East Falmouth.
