"We spent a week in this amazing vacation rental. It is a lovely and VERY spacious cottage. It is very comfortable, beautifully decorated, so much attention to detail! It was the perfect place for our family of four. The upstairs bedroom is huge and allows for a very separate living space--perfect for teenagers or a couple. There is a loft feel to the place and the living room is so spacious and bright that you almost want to stay in the house and enjoy the peace and quiet of the very nice neighborhood. It has a lovely balcony where one can enjoy a morning breakfast and the afternoon sunlight. They are not exaggerating when they say the kitchen is fully equipped. It also has a basement with washer and dryer which was very convenient when you are coming from the beach every day. The private beach is very small but very close. I walked with my 4-year old daughter to the beach in the morning. Very easy access. The recommendations of the owners about where to dine and where to go were terrific. We followed all of them, we recommend you do the same. Chatham is a great place to stay -- not only because it is a beautiful town - but also there is a lot to do in the surrounding towns. We rent houses and apartments in all the vacations that we go and we can say this was the best rental we have ever stayed at. We can tell you that it made our vacation at the Cape better than we could have ever had imagined."

"My family stayed for two weeks last year and had a fabulous vacation. The house was well equipped and had everything we needed. The owner was very responsive to a couple of minor technical problems. Family issues prevented us from returning this year, but we have already reserved the house for next year.

"The house is nice and well laid-out with the back bedroom and deck overlooking the water and it had everything needed for a great, pre-season get-a-way. The house is set back off the road and is situated so you have a feeling of privacy and it is very convenient to town and the national seashore. Pilgrim Pond is a beautiful, quiet pond with a resident swan and nesting ospreys; we counted at least 18 different species of birds right from the back deck! The water was clear and the swimming was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay here (as did our two dogs), and Collin was responsive and answered all our questions quickly and accurately. I'd love to return someday."

Totally amazing, what you see is what your really.
"My wife, our four children (19, 15, 11, 9) and I, spent a month at the property in the summer of 2015. It was our first time to Cape Cod and our first time using Home and Away.
The booking process was simple and made easy by the vendor's (Robert) help and guidance.
We were a little nervous as the photos looked amazing and the price was fantastic, but... when we arrived, the photos and the write up were spot on. We would have no concerns renting from Home and Away again (in fact already have), I only hope that all owners are as responsive and attentive as Robert. He kept in contact through the booking process, checked in with us whilst we were on holiday and even followed up to ensure we enjoyed ourselves once we have returned home.
As for the property itself, we found it to be exactly as described in the Home and Away description. The pool and back garden are to die for. From the pool, to the basketball court and enough grass for a game of football, what more could the kids have wished for.
The house is at the end of a nice quiet no through road, not over looked. The grounds are well maintained with Paul the pool guy coming round twice a week to check on the swimming pool. The gardeners came once a week to cut the grass.
We spent most of our days using the BBQ or out and about dinning in the local restaurants, Hyannis Main Street was a 5 minute walk away. Trader Joes was about a 5 minute drive away for any of your groceries and BJ wholesale and equal distance,.
We found there was so much to do on the Cape, but our personal favourites were Whale Watching, deep sea fishing, a visit to the water park and not to forget some of the wonderful beaches. Robert's house of the Cape was a great base to get to all of these.
I would highly recommend it, in fact I already have to a number of friends and work colleagues."
