  • Absolutely Great

"We had an absolutley excellant time and enjoyed ourselves tremendously. We had done a lot of looking and really liked the way it did not have neighbors all over. We were so happy we made this our home for the time we were there. The inside is basic, clean and has everything you need. You can see the water from the porch and hear the waves. It is exactly a one minute walk to the top of the stairs leading down to the priivate beach. There were many times that we were the only ones along the entire shore, as far as you could see. I would certainly tell anyone that they should stay here. Dana was great to work with and we certainly hope to stay there in the future."

  • A Treasure !

"My husband and I recently spent one month in this lovely home in Sandwich, Mass. First of all, I can't recommend the location highly enough. Despite being mobility challenged I found it an easy walk to an historic church for Sunday services, the Sandwich Glass Museum, the one hundred year old (parts of it) Sandwich Library, Tea Room, Coffee Shops, Dexter's Grist Mill, the Hoxie House, Shawme Pond to swan gaze, the Daniel Webster Inn and other restaurants for meals. It's only about an hour twenty to the furthest point on the Cape and approximately the same to Boston. Day trips abound from this location, but you are poised to be off Cape in a matter of minutes! The House. Very large and comfortable (great mattress on the King downstairs) with an interesting and eclectic collection of books, music and furnishings. This house just feels good. I spent many happy hours on the back porch with a book, watching the mill stream flow past. Large, lush, green backyard, and I adored the stream and its residents. The Owner. We have found Bob to be a delight to work with. One time in our entire month long stay we had some concerns about the washing machine. Within a couple of hours Bob and his handyman were out and answered my concerns. Done. I would highly recommend this home and the town it is located in. I am already planning on going back next fall with my grandchildren in tow!"

  • Perfect historic downtown location!

"Absolutely charming, had everything we needed plus a delightful little porch and walking distance to downtown! The owners have put a lot of thought into preparing for guests at their historic home. Fascinating history lesson about the history of the house and its previous owners as well, wish we had a copy of the book!"

  • Wonderful location. Home had all the amenities.

"What a great place to revisit memories with our adult children and their children. The home is well appointed and having the bikes/helmets and kayaks at our disposal was appreciated. The pool table was also used by most of us at some point in our stay. The tv and surround sound was a little tough to figure out at first. We would strongly recommend this home for large families seeking a place for vacation."
