This house is amazing !
"We spent 2 nights in this house last weekend and we really enjoyed this rental. The pictures exactly reflect the house. It's very convenient, you have a lot of space and everything is extremely clean, with all the equipment you need. The outdoor space with the grill is so great in summertime !
I definitely recommend this rental for a family or a group of friends, up to 6 people.
The owner was very nice when we were in touch before going there and easy to get in touch with to answer any question and give advice.
Thanks to her for this great weekend !"

"The cottage is tastefully decorated with all the amenities of home. Several beaches are within a five minute drive, shopping and dining options are also available within 15 minutes of driving in either direction of Rte 28 (we especially enjoyed the Mashpee Commons). We also took the Island Queen Ferry to Martha's Vineyard which was only a 10 minute drive from the cottage. The owner was kind, thoughtful and very easy to work with. We would highly recommend this property for your summer getaway."

"Peaceful, quiet, well maintained home with a HUGE kitchen / dining room. If you like to visit the cape with a large family (or simply like a lot of room to wiggle), look no further. This abode offers a comfy ‘lived in’ feel you never get from renting little cottages or motel rooms. With all the hustle and bustle of cape festivities, it’s nice to end the evening cooking on the grill in the spacious back deck with only birds and the breeze as background noise.
As far as the owners of the abode: Friendly, quick to respond, detailed (aesthetically and functionally) and don’t cut corners.
In short, the place offers balance.
Balance, in that you can rest peacefully and feel safe in a quant setting while sipping coffee as you read a book, make yourself a healthy snack, or get to bed early for the next days adventures.
Balance, in that a short distance away you can be biking in the hills of the dunes, singing off key to kereoke, or simply taking a romantic walk on one of several beaches watching the sun set across the ocean horizon.
I have always thought a great vacation meant the proximity of fun activities. That where you stayed mattered little since all you do is sleep there. Now that I discovered this vacation home, I realized I was missing half of what made a vacation extraordinay…
It’s about looking forward to going ‘home’, knowing the extra rest you get there makes your experiences for the next vacation day even better."

"We were very pleasantly surprised by the condo. It was in a very nice location of New Seabury, in a pleasant little development, with a beautiful view of the pond. The condo was bright and pleasantly decorated, and, although quite small, it was well equipped and nicely maintained. The area was very quiet, yet had easy access to restaurants and stores, and only a short walk away from the beach. It was our first time on the Cape and within minutes of arriving, we felt the stress of daily life melt away. The owner was a pleasure to deal with, very prompt to respond and interested in giving her guests the best experience."
