"I have stayed in many places in PTown over the last 20 years. This is by far the nicest. I really cannot say enough about how much we loved our stay. Jim and Ted thought of everything. Fantastic kitchen (fully stocked--even a Keurig with coffee pods), great living space, very comfortable bed, even great bath towels. Loved the outdoor space. The place was spotless and very comfortable. We loved the location. Far on west side, but we biked 3 minutes to the center of Commercial and it was easy. Loved being so close to the beach! Stay here! "I want to thank Carol and Joe for a wonderful week in Wellfleet. Their house was just right for us. It had plenty of space for two couples (parents and a set of married children) with private bedrooms, baths, and sitting areas for each of us and a great gathering space in the dining room and sunspace that looked out onto lovely shade trees and the salt marsh. It was warm but not too hot while we were there and we were grateful that the sunspace was sunny in the morning and shaded in the afternoon and evening. Opening the windows let the breezes blow through too. It was extra fun in the few rain showers to sit in the sunspace and watch the water pour off. The house is very nicely decorated and we couldn't believe how well equipped the kitchen was. It had every kind of dish, bowl, pan and accessory you could ever want. The house is very private but, on a sad note, you can hear the Highway 6 traffic across the salt marsh if you keep the bedroom windows open at night. I'm sensitive to noise but actually it didn't bother me at all. The location was convenient to everything from Orleans to Ptown. It was funny to us that the tradition in that part of the country is that owners don't provide linens and also apparently you can't leave food behind. It's always nice to find a supply of stuff like ketchup and mayo in the fridge. But those were small inconveniences compared to all the other amenities. So, we highly recommend this house."

"This is a great house for families. (even large ones) House is offering a large kitchen, a living room, a sun room and a very nice garden, with three couples and 2 babies each one of us occasionally needed a quiet spot during the day and we never had a hard time finding one.
Ponds are great for kayaking and canoeing.(2 kayaks and a canoe in the house is a huge plus). However for "swimming" and "playing with sand" babies liked the beach very close to the house. (1-2 min. walking)
Neighbourhood is very quite and close to most areas. You may find everything nearby.
House is very well kept and anything you need is just there.
The den may very well be used a spare BR for a single person and the 3rd BA is a plus.
I would definetly recommend this property to anyone . It can be a romantic getaway spot, it can also be a family fun place, it is all up to you.
We had a great time in this lovely Harwich house and owner Dave was always a huge help when we needed."

"Your driveway led to a house that very quickly became a home for the most relaxing week my wife and I, with my brother and his wife, have ever enjoyed together on the Cape. Settling in for our stay was as easy as stepping through the door. It's a big, well-built and well-maintained house, warm and comfortable--inviting. Its setting is an extension of the house itself, offering privacy and a charming pond vista. A large deck area all but insists on outdoor dining, for all meals. Close enough to a major town, with its many attractions, and to a choice of beaches, it's convenient. And, at the end of a fun-filled day, it's a house to come home to. The four of us thank you!"
