An oasis well located
"This is a perfect house for a family with children. The layout of the rooms, the bunk beds in the basement for children and the living room/dinning room/kitchen in one open area, allows privacy as well as good family time. The propriety is situated at a perfect location : 5 to 10 minutes car ride from all the best beaches that Cape Cod can offer, 10 minutes from the center town of Wellfleet (where you can find Hatch's fish market) and only 15 minutes from Provincetown.
The surrounding of the house is amazing. We were delighted to spend our vacation amongst the blue jays, cardinals, chickadees and woodpeckers. The owner installed a bird feeder and everyday we could enjoy bird watching on the deck that surrounds the house.
I definitely recommend this place!"

"My family had a wonderful vacation at this home. We love the short drive to Mayflower Beach and it was also a quick jaunt to Stop & Shop and the West Dennis area. We enjoyed the CC rail trail as well as proximity to 6a shops & restaurants. The neighborhood was lovely - quiet and perfect for walking or kids riding their bikes.
The home itself is very comfortable and clean. Large kitchen with eating area, very good sized family room and a great yard for grilling, relaxing outside. We look forward to creating many more family memories there are repeat renters!"

"We rented the condo for our cousin's weekend. There were 10 of us. We had a great time. The place was spotless when we arrived, the rooms were very large so we could all sit together at the table to eat and to converse in the living room. The beach was a short walk away as well as some bakeries and little gift shops. There were plenty of great restaurants around the area. If it were summertime, we would have had plenty of beach chairs, beach towels, etc. It would be easy to spend a week there. All you needed was food and clothes. I would recommend it to anyone. It was very quiet at night and we all had a grand time."

"Three generations gathered in this lovely home on Nauset Heights. We have stayed in this area in the past, but never in as well-equipped and gracious house. Walk to the beach, sit on the deck and listen to the surf and just relax. Plenty of room to be together for meals and games but to get away from each other when you desire: younger folks to play pool on the first floor, watch TV in the family room or have a conversation in the living room.
Comments on Nauset Beach: You have easy access to the public Nauset Beach (without having to fight for a parking place) with lifeguards and the fabulous onion rings at Liam's. But you also have direct walking access to the connected private beach which has no lifeguards but has the benefit of privacy and fewer crowds."
