Wonderful home, gorgeous property, and incredible view!
"We stayed here June 16-20 and it had an incredible time! There is so much space, and everything was in good condition. Linens and towels were delivered within our first few hours of checking in, and included extra sets just in case we needed them. There was some minimal wear and tear to the house and we needed to clean a few things upon arrival, but nothing out of the ordinary, and nothing to drop our review down to four stars. The owner was very easy to work with and accommodating to our needs. She was attentive and responsive throughout all of the planning. The house is huge, the landscaping is gorgeous, and the view is perfection. The yard space is awesome and great for outdoor games. The house has plenty of space with multiple bedrooms, bathrooms, and hangout space. There are two full master suites with king beds and private bathrooms. Multiple twin beds and trundles for extra space. Two sitting areas, and lots of seats around the dining table. We had a large family staying in the house, and we never once felt on top of one another. We had additional family members come over on one of the days and the space was ideal. Everyone could hang out together, or slip away for some quiet time. The house has everything you need to feel at home. Big kitchen, lots of windows, and an open feel. One room upstairs doesn't have A/C, but opening windows to create a cross breeze helped tremendously. Parking space for the home is ample - just don't block the street as two other homes share the private drive. I don't think we could have chosen a better place for our Chatham vacation! We will always remember our time spent here and look back on it fondly. :)"

"This is a great house for families to use. The location cannot be beat, near Chatham town center. Numerous restaurants are short driving or walking distance. The nearby fish market is amazing. Great beaches also very close by. Evan was extremely professional and efficient to deal with. We would definitely stay here again."

review of adorable antiique cottage in chatham, cape cod
"recently my husband, son and daughter-in-law and their baby spent a delightful week at the antique cottage in Chatham....it's not an antique! It's a wonderful, fully equipped, air conditioned house within walking distance of two beaches with a lovely screen porch and a delightful back yard. The house was tastefully decorated but very comfortable. Beach equipment, a gas grill, chairs, toys, games, internet, two tvs-the house had it all...and it was immaculate. Having rented other homes, I can highly recommend this cottage for anyone who loves the Cape and wants to be in Chatham."

"My husband and I stayed at this lovely waterfront home for 10 days, being familiar with the Mashpee area from previous summers on the Cape. Monomoscoy Island is very special - beautiful marshes with Ospreys, snowy egrets, herons flying above along with lots of other marsh birds. We took advantage of the kayaks available at the house to paddle along Great River many times during our stay - it was wonderful to just be able to get right into the water. Deb and Tim had everything we needed to enjoy the water and the outdoors. We ate outside every day with its beautiful water view, biked all over the area (it's relatively flat and easy to ride), and took many great day trips to our favorite Cape spots- Sandwich, Monomoy Island near Chatham, Woods Hole, Falmouth, and Wing Island in Brewster. But we also could have chosen to stay home and relax at the house and would have had a great relaxing time then as well! Deb shared the history of the island with us, since her family is one of the original residents here. Deb and Tim were most accommodating and willing to help out with advice, recommendations, and provide anything we needed. We'd highly recommend this house for a family or a couple that loves the water and the quietness of a slightly off the beaten track location, but with easy access to all the Cape has to offer."
