"Just spent a wonderful week at this home. We had so many things on our to do list before we got there but once we settled in no one wanted to leave. My husband and son-in-law caught stripers right from the lawn. I tried kayaking for the first time. Friends and family slowed down together and swam, barbecued, suntanned, and played cards. It was great family time. Thank you for providing such a well stocked, beautiful home. We found everything we needed and more from all the lobster essentials for a lobster fest to the wagon that my 2.5 year old granddaughter and I used daily. Everyone wants to return next year."

"We had an enjoyable, relaxing stay here. The house is comfortable, clean, welcoming, well maintained. (The owners had kindly provided all the necessary linens and various household supplies. A big difference with some other Cape rentals!) It's in a quiet, safe, pretty neighborhood. Nice for kids. Access to the pond is within a few minutes walk; we also found a small park with playground around the corner. Bourne has a lot to offer for families with younger kids; we were here with our five year old and she had a great time. She loved the Water Wizz waterpark, and I really liked biking and running along the Cape Cod Canal. Bourne town beaches and other beaches are nearby, for instance the picturesque Wareham town beach."

"This was a fantastic place for us to vacation on the Cape. I brought my son's family with me, so we had 3 adults and two teens and a 10yr. old. This house had great space for all of us. The décor was in a tasteful beach theme. The kitchen was fully stocked with the things you would need to cook great meals. My sister lives in Cotuit, so it was easy to get to and from for visits. We enjoyed a walk down Scudder Lane to the beach Sunday followed by trip to Barnstable, a wonderful quaint village. We went out to Sampson's Island and were able to use the beach chairs the owners had available. The week was full with a Whale Watch, campfires on Sandy Neck Beach, Trip to National Seashore and P-Town, and a trip to Boston. Took in a few Cotuit Kettleers Baseball games and the Patriots training camp. This house was perfect for all our plans. The only downfall I have, was not having WIFI with everyone using the internet. Actually I wasn't able to connect to the land line, but Sturgis Library saved the day to make return reservations. Also having linens available has always been a common practice with other VRBO's. Bringing towels and bedding, etc. Was a bit of an inconvenience. Over all the experience of being in this location on the Cape and in such a nice home was wonderful! Thanks for letting us experience this great vacation home! Dana"
