"My family had an awesome time during our stay at this house. Four adults and two children (age 1 and 6) were able to sleep comfortably. The house was clean and fresh. The walk to the beach was super convenient. We loved the private beach, the grill, the outdoor shower, the dock, the bikes, the camp room... we pretty much had to drag our 6 year old home as he begged his grandfather to runaway with him back to Old Silver Beach."

"My friends and I rented this house for Memorial Day Weekend May 22nd-May 25th 2015.
We had an incredibly wonderful time - the house is spacious, with lots of room for games, activities, relaxing and many rooms to accommodate a large group. The kitchen was perfect for our weekend, we were able to BBQ easily and found all the equipment we needed. We spent a great amount of time on the outside chairs and the long table that comfortably sat our entire group for enjoyable dinners!
We adored the fact that the linens were provided, that we were literally 2min walking from the beach, about 30/35min walk to Main Street Hyannis... the cleanliness as well as the convenience of working with the owner to accommodate all our needs.
It's clear that this place is used to receiving groups because we never ran out of anything. We definitely recommend it to families and large groups; the peacefulness of the neighborhood as well as the proximity to the mall and other entertainments make it an ideal spot!"

"Our stay in this lovely home on Cotuit this past August was wonderful. The house is secluded but within a bike ride to town and a nearby beach. The house is large with a wonderful deck and screened-in porch which we all enjoyed so much. We brought our own kayaks and were able to paddle every day on Popponesset Bay- right out the back door. I highly recommend kayaking - there are rentals if you don't have your own. I also swam in the Bay from the small beach on the property- plenty to explore in the water and the shoreline. We are hoping to come back this summer if we can organize our kids who are now in college. Great owners and property managers."

Totally amazing, what you see is what your really.
"My wife, our four children (19, 15, 11, 9) and I, spent a month at the property in the summer of 2015. It was our first time to Cape Cod and our first time using Home and Away.
The booking process was simple and made easy by the vendor's (Robert) help and guidance.
We were a little nervous as the photos looked amazing and the price was fantastic, but... when we arrived, the photos and the write up were spot on. We would have no concerns renting from Home and Away again (in fact already have), I only hope that all owners are as responsive and attentive as Robert. He kept in contact through the booking process, checked in with us whilst we were on holiday and even followed up to ensure we enjoyed ourselves once we have returned home.
As for the property itself, we found it to be exactly as described in the Home and Away description. The pool and back garden are to die for. From the pool, to the basketball court and enough grass for a game of football, what more could the kids have wished for.
The house is at the end of a nice quiet no through road, not over looked. The grounds are well maintained with Paul the pool guy coming round twice a week to check on the swimming pool. The gardeners came once a week to cut the grass.
We spent most of our days using the BBQ or out and about dinning in the local restaurants, Hyannis Main Street was a 5 minute walk away. Trader Joes was about a 5 minute drive away for any of your groceries and BJ wholesale and equal distance,.
We found there was so much to do on the Cape, but our personal favourites were Whale Watching, deep sea fishing, a visit to the water park and not to forget some of the wonderful beaches. Robert's house of the Cape was a great base to get to all of these.
I would highly recommend it, in fact I already have to a number of friends and work colleagues."
