"My husband and I rented this property for our Cape Cod vacation and were thrilled with our choice. We have stayed in Chatham the previous 3 years and wanted to try something new. We found we did more this year being so centrally located to both the bay and ocean beaches. The home was just perfect, clean and very well supplied.
We loved the privacy and the yard was beautiful."

"My husband and I had a delightful week-long stay in this litttle cottage in August. The cottage is small but very comfortable, lovely lakeside views through the bedroom windows and main room glass doors. The bed is very comfortable. We enjoyed many meals sitting on the deck overlooking the pond. The cottage is an easy bike ride to Coast Guard Beach, even for this 60+ lady. We also rode our bikes to the bay-side beach and watched the sunset over the bay. We swam in the pond and took a row boat ride. Many birds to view from the deck including heron, ducks, and geese. This is a nice place for a very relaxing vacation. We have stayed in many VRBO accomodations, this one was clean and well maintained....we would love to stay in this cottage again."

"We went to Eastham for the Oysterfest and stayed in this rental. The house was just what we were looking for... spacious, comfortable inside & outside, and convenient. Nice added touches like large outdoor patio, horseshoes, and a pond with a dock kept us occupied between outings. Definitely will come back."

"This home was perfect for our active family of 5 plus our golden retriever. It was clean and nicely furnished but not so dear that we had to worry about the dog or kids. Grocery stores nearby made it just like home. From the house you can walk to Rock harbor and the little wharf and beach there. Local people said they allow dogs there after 4pm so we went with that. Because of the hurricane, fireworks were delayed so we hot to see those our week as well. Skaket and Nauset are short drives, a bike trail with rental shops is also very near in the town. The kids keep asking if we can go back so it was a hit. Miriam and Lou have a TV, DVD, VCR and there is WiFi. There are board games in a cabinet. The backyard is big and perfect for throwing ball around while something is grilling up. The house is one level there are 2 low wooden steps to get in. So if mobility is an issue for you or a pet, don't worry! I was looking for a low key seaside vacation with the kids, like I had growing up visiting my grandma on Long Island. This was very much like that. Hope to get a week again next year!"
