  • Great Cape Cod Rental

"This was our second time staying at this vacation rental in Eastham and both times we had a wonderful experience. First, the location is great - very close to Orleans, tons of beaches and only 40 minutes from Provincetown. The house was very clean upon arrival and had all the expected amenities (full set of dishes, glasses and silverware, pots & pans, etc) - the washer and dryer are a great plus as is the outdoor shower! Overall the house is very homey and inviting and the price is great. If you are looking to book a trip with your family to the Cape, definitely consider this house!"

  • Great house and location

"This is a great house for vacationing families! The BR configuration (2 queen BRs downstairs, 1 queen BR and 1 BR with 4 twins upstairs plus a loft space with a twin bed) and 2 full baths plus outside shower easily accommodates two families. The LR is bright and airy and the loft space can also serve as a family room. There is a large, well-stocked eat-in kitchen (though the table only seats 6). There is a great selection of games and movies on hand. There is a nice back deck with table and grill and the house is in a private wooded setting; there is no lawn but the small cul-de-sac in front of the house provides a place for kids to play. The garage is convenient for storing your bikes. The location is great, close to Nauset Light and Coastguard beaches (~1.5 miles), Arnold's and the bike path (<1 mile), and the elementary school (<.5 miles), which has a nice playground. The property was very clean, and some renters may appreciate the option to clean the house yourself and skip the cleaning fee. The owners were very quick and responsive in answering questions. Highly recommended!"

  • Amazing House

"Stayed in this house for a week in August 2014. The description does not do it justice. My extended family all stayed here and the house was plenty large enough for all of us-there was 8 adults, 3 20+ year olds and a baby. What terrific set-up for the baby-put them in the studio and baby could sleep while we enjoyed the beautiful deck and yard and all the lawn toys. The kitchen is truly amazing, nothing but the finest china, cookware and glass ware-all pampered chef. We were able to prepare large meals for all of us with plenty of room for cooking and seating. We also were able to all sit and eat on the deck and utilize the grill. The included linens were as good if not better than any fine motel. A truly memorable family vacation, I only hope we can do it again."
