  • Summer of 2014

"Last day of a ten week stay and a moment to reflect on the wonderful time spent here. To begin, the property is immaculate, tasteful, and most welcoming for guests. Kitchen is fully equipped with the best of tools for the best of chefs. Lawn, surroundings, and neighbors make the property the most welcoming for all comers. We have totally enjoyed the nearness to restaurants and things to do, but have not needed to deal with the seasonal traffic that the cape can offer. The location of the property is such a retreat from the hustle and bustle of the rest of the world, and yet only minutes away from autos and a fast pace society should you have a yearning for city engagement. Needless to say, Cindy and I along with our King Charles Cavalier (Jimmy Fallon) have enjoyed the whole experience immensely. Cindy and I wish you both a wonderful journey with the newly born girls and hope that someday you will be able to enjoy the pleasures of your home like so many people have."

  • A+ all the way!

"This property met and exceeded all of our expectations! It's centrally located, so it's only a short drive to P-Town, Orleans, Hyannis, etc. As well it's a very close drive to all the main beaches. The patio was our favorite feature as we had coffee there every morning as well as a few adult beverages to end the day. There's also a huge back yard that the kids/dogs can run around in. The washer/dryer came in handy to wash clothes and towels. Great communication by the owner Dave. He even called to check in to make sure everything was going OK. Next time we're back to the Cape, we'll be staying here again! Thanks again Dave - you made our summer trip one of the best ones yet."

  • Great house and location

"This is a great house for vacationing families! The BR configuration (2 queen BRs downstairs, 1 queen BR and 1 BR with 4 twins upstairs plus a loft space with a twin bed) and 2 full baths plus outside shower easily accommodates two families. The LR is bright and airy and the loft space can also serve as a family room. There is a large, well-stocked eat-in kitchen (though the table only seats 6). There is a great selection of games and movies on hand. There is a nice back deck with table and grill and the house is in a private wooded setting; there is no lawn but the small cul-de-sac in front of the house provides a place for kids to play. The garage is convenient for storing your bikes. The location is great, close to Nauset Light and Coastguard beaches (~1.5 miles), Arnold's and the bike path (<1 mile), and the elementary school (<.5 miles), which has a nice playground. The property was very clean, and some renters may appreciate the option to clean the house yourself and skip the cleaning fee. The owners were very quick and responsive in answering questions. Highly recommended!"
