Perfect family cottage, excellent owner, we will come back!
"We spent a beautiful week at this cottage. It is located on a quiet street, near a pond, into peaceful nature. Steve was super efficient for the location and fast to answer e-mails. We had a great time on the large outdoor deck. And there was enough room in the house (it's huge!) for our 3 teenagers to each have their "own spot". The house was clean with all the amenities. We will definitely be back to Steve's house at our next stay on the Cape. It's the perfect location to go to both sides of the Cape and close to many restaurants if you don't feel like cooking, even if you have all that you need to cook in the kitchen! We would recommend this house to any family who want to have a good time on Cape Cod."

"This house is everything that it says and more. A perfect vacation retreat. The open kitchen, great room, and dinning area was a perfect gathering spot for the entire family, and not just during meals! The kitchen is complete with every amenity possible. Besides the great room area, there is a perfect spot on the front porch for morning coffee and a book. The deck off the great room is large and perfect for pre-dinner drinks and snacks. The grand kids loved the ping pong table in the garage, a hammock in the rear yard. Adults loved the lawn chairs in the back yard. The bedrooms on the main level and upper level were great for sleeping and the two baths on the main level were perfectly redone! We had an outstanding week of sun, fun, dinning, and all the activities the Cape provides."

Perfect Rental for Families with Infants or Teenagers
"Grand Dad and Mimi, daughter and son-in law, and 17-month old grandson had a great stay at this Perfect Vacation Home last week. We live in Florida and wanted to take a family vacation to Cape Cod and other surrounding historical landmarks before the Beach Season began. House was perfect for us. Hyannis has to be the most centrally located place to stay on Cape Cod as easy to get to Woods Hole on one end and Provincetown on the other. House is centrally located for all activities in and around Hyannis. Ferries are short driving distance away, although would suggest going to Woods Hole to catch ferry for Martha's Vineyard to save $56 Roundtrip per person. We were overwhelmed by the way this house had everything we needed to make our stay a most wonderful family vacation. Each bedroom and the living room has a TV and DVD player and there are more movies available for all ages than one can see in a week. Having a crib for our grandson was such a convenience. There are so many toys for all ages that its hard to believe. The basement is an entertainment mecca with pool table that converts to ping pong. Our grandson had a blast. He especially loved running around in the fenced in yard and playing on the slide. The patio grill works great. We mostly ate breakfast and half our dinners at home. You will be glad you rented this house....we are!!!!"

"We had a wonderful week long stay during the month of July. Phyllis was very responsive, from my first email to inquire about the property and throughout the entire rental process. The house was very clean and comfortable, and there were even a few fresh flowers in a vase on the table when we arrived. Dan, the property manager, stopped by about an hour after we arrived just to check in, and he gave us some great recommendations for seafood in the area. We really enjoyed BBQing on the deck and watching the birds at the feeder every morning!
The house has plenty of room for relaxing, cooking, playing boardgames, etc. The location in Orleans is ideal, being just a 5 minute drive from Nauset beach, and maybe 7-8 minutes from Skaket. We were able to take two day trips up to Provincetown, which was very convenient, and a trip down to Hyannis Port. My mom broke her foot just prior to coming up and she still had a great time! This was our first family trip to the Cape and we can't wait to return."
