"We rented "3 By the Sea" for a family reunion for my 70th birthday. We had 9 kids ranging in age from 13 yrs. to 8 mos. and 7 adults. Everyone had a wonderful time here...there was everything we could possibly need and more! We ate outside every nite in the pavilion and sat around the firepit cooking S'mores! We road our bikes to the bay beaches daily and it was just a short car ride over to the ocean beaches. We would come back here in a heartbeat for another get together.
Communicating with the owner was easy and they are very pleasant people to deal with.
Thanks to "3 By the Sea" we had a memorable vacation for our whole family!"

"This is a great house for vacationing families! The BR configuration (2 queen BRs downstairs, 1 queen BR and 1 BR with 4 twins upstairs plus a loft space with a twin bed) and 2 full baths plus outside shower easily accommodates two families. The LR is bright and airy and the loft space can also serve as a family room. There is a large, well-stocked eat-in kitchen (though the table only seats 6). There is a great selection of games and movies on hand. There is a nice back deck with table and grill and the house is in a private wooded setting; there is no lawn but the small cul-de-sac in front of the house provides a place for kids to play. The garage is convenient for storing your bikes. The location is great, close to Nauset Light and Coastguard beaches (~1.5 miles), Arnold's and the bike path (<1 mile), and the elementary school (<.5 miles), which has a nice playground.
The property was very clean, and some renters may appreciate the option to clean the house yourself and skip the cleaning fee. The owners were very quick and responsive in answering questions. Highly recommended!"

"This property met and exceeded all of our expectations! It's centrally located, so it's only a short drive to P-Town, Orleans, Hyannis, etc. As well it's a very close drive to all the main beaches. The patio was our favorite feature as we had coffee there every morning as well as a few adult beverages to end the day. There's also a huge back yard that the kids/dogs can run around in. The washer/dryer came in handy to wash clothes and towels.
Great communication by the owner Dave. He even called to check in to make sure everything was going OK. Next time we're back to the Cape, we'll be staying here again! Thanks again Dave - you made our summer trip one of the best ones yet."
