  • perfect location!!!

"We rented this home for our family and friends who flew across the country to attend our wedding in Falmouth. The home was the perfect size for twelve people. The location is perfect with an easy, short walk to the beach and close by restaurants. We even walked to Main St one evening which wasn't bad at all. We lucked out with gorgeous weather and beached it when it was only a couple days away from October. And thank goodness for the shed in the back that had beach chairs and some fun beach toys. Ken and Laura were very kind and easy to work with. We definitely want come back!"

  • Wonderful Place!

"We stayed here in June 2014 with our 3 adult children and had a wonderful time. The house had plenty of room for all of us to spread out and was well stocked with everything as advertised. The canoe was a special bonus as the pond across the street is excellent for paddling and swimming. The location provides easy access to the rest of the Cape (about 1 hr. to Cape Cod National Seashore) and Boston (about 1 to 1.5 hrs., depending on traffic, to reach the Boston subway). The house was very clean and well kept, and has window air conditioners for when the weather turns muggy. The owners were most helpful in providing complete information about the house and the area. Overall, an excellent place to stay and we hope to come back again."

  • I'll be back

"It's superb! I heard more crickets than cars and saw more stars than I could count! Thanks so much for the awesome vacation! We took Kathy's advice and started our vacation at the Chapoquoit "Chappy" Grill. We had the best garlic knots and pasta for dinner and breakfast in the morning :-) The ready-to-cook-dinner, lunch, and breakfast kitchen was awesome. Some kind soul left a number of spices so we didn't have to splurge on those! The bed was a made when we arrived, what a treat after a long day on the road! Excellent Wi-Fi and Internet connection (coming from an IT guy) is most appreciated! We did some geocaching one afternoon, went to the beach nearby (Old Silver Beach), sat on the back patio and played board games (King of Tokyo especially) and drank wine (thanks Kappy's Liquors), and went out for trivia night at an English pub. An awesome, relaxing week at this house. I will definitely be back! Prepare for referrals :-)"
