"We enjoyed many sunny days at this gem. We have used vrbo.com for many years in many locations and this house was the best so far. Everything was clean, perfectly appointed, and nicely decorated. The deck was so nice and relaxing. Since we had all sunny days, we definitely took advantage of it. Cooking meals was easy as everything we needed for cookware was there. If you haven't been to this area, this was a great location with the choice of a smaller "neighborhood" beach (Menahaunt) and an easy drive to the main Falmouth beaches. It is a very walkable and bikeable area. We will return."

"The house was exactly as advertised; neat with all the amenities you will need for your stay. I was a bit concerned at first from the pictures, as it appears to be a smaller home. Those concerns were immediately relieved upon our arrival as the home was spacious inside and out with plenty of room for the seven of us. The neighborhood was very quiet and the back yard was private with a large comfortable deck to sit on and relax. For the hot days there were air conditioners in each room with fans available as well. Wifi was easy to access and local television cable was available. The owner was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. We live an hour and a half away and needed a place to stay for an extended weekend for a family gathering in Falmouth. It was perfect for our needs and I highly recommend the home for your trip as well!"

"My husband and I stayed at this lovely waterfront home for 10 days, being familiar with the Mashpee area from previous summers on the Cape. Monomoscoy Island is very special - beautiful marshes with Ospreys, snowy egrets, herons flying above along with lots of other marsh birds. We took advantage of the kayaks available at the house to paddle along Great River many times during our stay - it was wonderful to just be able to get right into the water. Deb and Tim had everything we needed to enjoy the water and the outdoors. We ate outside every day with its beautiful water view, biked all over the area (it's relatively flat and easy to ride), and took many great day trips to our favorite Cape spots- Sandwich, Monomoy Island near Chatham, Woods Hole, Falmouth, and Wing Island in Brewster. But we also could have chosen to stay home and relax at the house and would have had a great relaxing time then as well! Deb shared the history of the island with us, since her family is one of the original residents here. Deb and Tim were most accommodating and willing to help out with advice, recommendations, and provide anything we needed. We'd highly recommend this house for a family or a couple that loves the water and the quietness of a slightly off the beaten track location, but with easy access to all the Cape has to offer."
