Very comfortable and great location.
"Walking distance to Falmouth Center and beaches. Clean and modern, and the owners are super nice!
They helped us out of a jam, we were not there for a vacation but because we had a burst pipe in our house and needed a place to stay during the winter while dealing with the insurance claim. Thanks Mike and Jan!"

"This house was listed accurately with its detailed photos and description. It fit the needs of our extended family with bedrooms, bathrooms, laundry, and full kitchen. When the owner discovered on our first night that the wifi was not working she called us and had it working the next day. It was close to the areas we were interested in seeing. I would recommend this property, it was properly priced."

"My husband is a Falmouth native, so we have easily rented over a dozen homes in the area over the past 15 years. This home was easily, hands down the nicest home we have ever rented. Several things made it a wonderful stay over Christmas. The area was deserted in the winter months(like a lot of the Cape), which we love. The views of the water were terrific. The bed rooms were huge, allowing plenty of room for our 12 and 15 year old. The kitchen was stocked with every thing, making it so nice to not have to run out for a squirt of mustard or a dash of hot sauce. She had everything needed for a lobster dinner for 6, plenty of fire wood and a tons of family games. The home felt very private and like a family home and not a rental. The master bed was incredibly comfortable, easily the the best we have found in any other home we rented. Towels and linens were quality, as well. The lovely home owners were there to greet us and welcome our family into their family home. I cant say enough about this property! We will clearly come back!! Thanks some much Myra and Richard for sharing your home!!"

"It's superb! I heard more crickets than cars and saw more stars than I could count!
Thanks so much for the awesome vacation!
We took Kathy's advice and started our vacation at the Chapoquoit "Chappy" Grill. We had the best garlic knots and pasta for dinner and breakfast in the morning :-)
The ready-to-cook-dinner, lunch, and breakfast kitchen was awesome. Some kind soul left a number of spices so we didn't have to splurge on those! The bed was a made when we arrived, what a treat after a long day on the road! Excellent Wi-Fi and Internet connection (coming from an IT guy) is most appreciated!
We did some geocaching one afternoon, went to the beach nearby (Old Silver Beach), sat on the back patio and played board games (King of Tokyo especially) and drank wine (thanks Kappy's Liquors), and went out for trivia night at an English pub.
An awesome, relaxing week at this house.
I will definitely be back! Prepare for referrals :-)"
