Perfect New England Home for all seasons
"A very close old friend was getting married in October and we had a group of couples that traveled from all over the country to get together for the wedding and we were looking for a place where we could call home base but also offered a great atmosphere to catch up in.
The house was perfect. We had a great time catching up at the big dining room table, and enjoying our morning coffee on the front porch.
We were able to walk to all of the wedding festivities that took place in Falmouth, MA. From the Flying Bridge, to all of Main Street, the house is extremely accessible to everything. It is also only a very short walk to the water where you can capture all the ocean views you want.
All in all, it was a fanastic trip and the house provided everything we wanted and more."

"My family and I had a great stay at the house. Felt like home, everything was just right. Short walk to the private beach. Quiet street. Deck is very large with lots of seating. Inside of house was very clean as well. Would stay here again. Bob was great to deal with."

"My husband is a Falmouth native, so we have easily rented over a dozen homes in the area over the past 15 years. This home was easily, hands down the nicest home we have ever rented. Several things made it a wonderful stay over Christmas. The area was deserted in the winter months(like a lot of the Cape), which we love. The views of the water were terrific. The bed rooms were huge, allowing plenty of room for our 12 and 15 year old. The kitchen was stocked with every thing, making it so nice to not have to run out for a squirt of mustard or a dash of hot sauce. She had everything needed for a lobster dinner for 6, plenty of fire wood and a tons of family games. The home felt very private and like a family home and not a rental. The master bed was incredibly comfortable, easily the the best we have found in any other home we rented. Towels and linens were quality, as well. The lovely home owners were there to greet us and welcome our family into their family home. I cant say enough about this property! We will clearly come back!! Thanks some much Myra and Richard for sharing your home!!"

"My family and I have stayed in this property the last two summers and thoroughly enjoy the house and area. It has plenty of room for our family of four and is very conveniently located. There is plenty of outdoor space and we've spent most evenings having dinner outdoors. The nearest beach is walkable (15 mins or so) or a quick drive. There is a bike path even closer for walking, jogging or biking. We've often biked to Woods Hole with the kids and grabbed ice cream or lunch. The house is clean, well laid out and has all the amenities needed for a summer rental on the Cape. We like it so much we've already booked our time for next summer!"
