Three Great Unforgettable Weeks
We have just returned home from our vacation - we traveled through Berkshires, Amherst and Northampton - just wanted to see a different part of Massachusetts.
Thank you for letting us use your cottage - we spent three great unforgettable weeks there. It's a lovely, charming place, with great decor, quintessentially "Cape"; among things that we loved most were the library (great selection of books!) and the antique lamps. It's very well equipped and comfortable - we truly felt at home there. We had great beach weather almost every day; when it got busier and more crowded on weekends, we made short sightseeing trips to Boston and Providence (we fell in love with Providence). The location is so convenient - close to everything. I hope we will be able to return in the future.
Thank you for your hospitality and your help with all the details. I hope everything was in order when we left."

"The photos really do not say it all...The house is bright, immaculate, beautifully decorated, and so very comfortable and peaceful. We especially enjoyed the deck, which overlooks the pond, which connects to tidal lagoons and the Nantucket Sound. Coffee in the mornings, drinks in the evening, and dinners on the deck were worth every penny. Our family rented a kayak and enjoyed exploring the adjacent tidal lagoons, and took the kayak out to the private beach and the ocean front. The bird watching opportunities are fantastic. One thing to note: the boat launch is best at high tide, so you are somewhat limited in the best times of day for kayaking. Our family also really enjoyed the ping pong table at the house - a real plus. We also liked being able to access the bike trail just a short trip from the house, as well as being able to bike to awesome ice cream at Schoolhouse and yummy pies as Marion's. Deidre and Frank were wonderful hosts and ready to help if we needed it. I recommend this house without hesitation!"

"We just spent a fabulous Sept week at this cottage. The cottage was very comforable, kitchen extremely well equipped and a great deck overlooking Black Pond for evening cocktails. Every day we went for a 10 mi bike ride b/c it was so simple and inviting. The rail trail is just across the street! One day we rode to Nickerson park! Every evening we finished with a swim in the gorgeous Seymour Pond. Bay beaches are minutes away and plentiful. I have to include a comment about how helpful and responsive Ric, the owner, was. If I had a question , he got right back to me. He even helped us with a car repair question!"
