"What a terrific home. Quiet and relaxing. Our 2nd experience with VRBO properties and I'm glad we came back. The owner was wonderful. Thank you for everything."

"We had 7 people at the house for a wedding weekend - great communal space to hang out, had all the amenities you would expect/need in the kitchen, very comfortable and clean. Owner was very easy to work with and very accommodating. Would be great for a large group or family"

"Super nice set up for two to eight. Between the pool, jacuzzi, pool table, and ping pong table alone there's something to do for everyone. Beautiful home, very neat setup, and clean. Terrific vacation spot my family hopes to visit gain next summer. Special thanks to the owner who was very accommodating and quick to respond when needed.

"The cozy cape cottage was the perfect place for our first vacation as a family with our 2 month old son and dog! We loved grilling out every night and the great outdoor space - yard and hammock. We took daily walks to the nearby bog / preserve and Bank Street beach. Harwich Port was a great home base for exploring towns all over the cape. We did whale watching out of Hyannis and managed to eat lobster every day of our trip! Nicole was so responsive and helpful before and during our visit. We did have to use the space heaters, but hear a new heating system is being installed in the house which is great. The only small issue we had was supplies mentioned in the book weren't at the house, eg dish soap, toiletries, charcoal and batteries were missing from the smoke and co2 alarms and they were taken down (safety was first for us, traveling with a newborn!) so we had to replace all of that. All in all the cottage provided a wonderful place for our week at the Cape and remembering this special time with our new son! We would love to come back!!"
