Perfect Rental for Families with Infants or Teenagers
"Grand Dad and Mimi, daughter and son-in law, and 17-month old grandson had a great stay at this Perfect Vacation Home last week. We live in Florida and wanted to take a family vacation to Cape Cod and other surrounding historical landmarks before the Beach Season began. House was perfect for us. Hyannis has to be the most centrally located place to stay on Cape Cod as easy to get to Woods Hole on one end and Provincetown on the other. House is centrally located for all activities in and around Hyannis. Ferries are short driving distance away, although would suggest going to Woods Hole to catch ferry for Martha's Vineyard to save $56 Roundtrip per person. We were overwhelmed by the way this house had everything we needed to make our stay a most wonderful family vacation. Each bedroom and the living room has a TV and DVD player and there are more movies available for all ages than one can see in a week. Having a crib for our grandson was such a convenience. There are so many toys for all ages that its hard to believe. The basement is an entertainment mecca with pool table that converts to ping pong. Our grandson had a blast. He especially loved running around in the fenced in yard and playing on the slide. The patio grill works great. We mostly ate breakfast and half our dinners at home. You will be glad you rented this house....we are!!!!"

"My husband and I had not vacationed on the Cape for many years, and now we wonder what kept us away. Even the traffic was not as bad as expected. This lovely home is in a quiet neighborhood, yet perfectly located for trips to the beach, Hyannis, or points beyond. One day we drove west to Falmouth, one day east to Chatam, and one day we took the ferry to the Vineyard.
While the kitchen was more than fully equipped, we did take advantage of the area restaurants, and went several time to Lamberts for their soups and salads. The property description notes everything this home has to offer, but it doesn't say how comfy the beds are, or how cozy it is to curl up on one of the couches and watch (the very large) television. Little things like the hangers on the back of the bedroom doors, or the flashlights in the nightstand drawers (never needed!), show how the owners really have thought of everything. I would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone looking for "just like home" accommodations on the Cape. Craigville Beach is lovely!"

"This house was terrific - just perfect for our family of 5. It is much bigger than looks on the pictures. The walk to the private beach is 3 minutes, a very easy one even for our 3-year old. The water is also the warmest we had ever experienced on the Cape in any location. We also walked with the kids to the marina with all the restaurants and ferries, and to the Main Street, everything is so close, so nice not to drive. The decor of the house is also spectacular, the owner thought through so many things. The owner is very generous, you don't need to bring anything to the house - the towels, beach toys, linens, beach chairs, everything is in abundance there. The owner is very easy to deal with also. We LOVED this property and hope to return."

Phenomenal house & location for a fabulous family vacation!
"We just had the pleasure of staying in this charming house for a lovely July week. We really loved it! It was absolutely beyond perfect for our family --including our 2 grandchildren ---(3yrs & 21 months.) The house was beautifully decorated and it personified Cape Cod. Everyday we piled our beach stuff in a wagon and took a very short walk down a quiet & friendly street to a beautiful beach. The house was so conveniently located that in the evening we were able to walk into town (Main St.) for dinner and of course, ice cream! A few nights we had a bbq in the lovely backyard. The kids had a ball in the outside shower and running around and playing in the great yard. The house accommodated all of us perfectly--with 4 bedrooms and an extra separate area off one of the large bedrooms with a crib. Our favorite part of the house was a little window outside the kitchen with two steps below. We had the best time with the children playing restaurant! The kids would come to the window and pretend to "order" their food! It was a great game and a perfect way to get them to eat! Michelle couldn't have been sweeter and more accommodating and very organized! She made sure everything was absolutely perfect for our stay---she provided every imaginable item that we may possibly need. I would highly recommend enjoying yourself at this wonderful home away from home!!"
