Heaven on Earth
"My husband booked this house for three days to celebrate my 50th birthday. There are not enough words to describe how incredibly amazing this house is. There were 12 of us and plenty of room. The bedrooms are spacious. The kitchen is fully stock and beautiful. The house was immaculate. All the amenities were just as described. We had a clambake at sunset right on the beach. We gathered around the large farm table in the dining room for hours of games and tons of laughter. The pictures don't begin to do this house and especially the deck justice. The hot tub was well maintained and ready to use as soon as we arrived. There are plenty of chairs for the beach. Early morning walks along the water were breathtaking and so peaceful. The owner Kate was very easy to work with, always responded quickly to emails. This house was absolutely perfect in every way. We made wonderful memories here. I actually left a few cd's in the CD player and they were sent back to me within a few days. I would rent this house again in a heartbeat! Kate and Paul, Thank you for sharing your spectacular home with us!!!"

"There were many factors that made this house perfect for our vacation. Most importantly, Peggy was wonderful to deal with and as a result, the whole experience was relatively stress free. The house itself, is spacious, clean and fully equipped. Our group consisted of my husband and I, our daughter, son-in-law and our 2 grandchildren aged 5 years and 2 1/2years and our son and future daughter-in-law. Each group had our own bathroom and all had our own bedroom (the children were in one room). The beach is 3 minutes down the road and for us, this made for the most wonderful family vacation. The house comes with beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler and even beach toys. Carrying some of these things plus having to hold onto 2 children can be daunting, but here, they could walk beside us, carrying their own little things and it was safe and fun. Having the outdoor shower to wash off all the sand was also nice. We walked to the marina to restaurants and to take the ferry to Nantucket; a walk easily managed by the 5 year old. We spent many evenings in the back garden enjoying the patio and barbecue. The house is spacious enough, that we never felt crowded, even on the one rainy day."

"We had a very pleasent stay. The house was clean and well equipped for cooking, great BBQ! Owner is very knowledgable of region's activities, attractions and restaurants. There's a 2 minutes walk to a quiet beach spot. We had the chance to be taken on a boat ride with Greg. We highly recommend this place."

"I would highly recommend this home for your vacation stay. As other reviews mention, it comes equipped with everything you need. We especially liked the shady deck to chill out after a hot day on the beach. We rode bikes to the beach and did get a week pass for the car as we went to the beach 4 times. Visited Hyannis at night for dinner and drinks. House has a/c in brs and kitchen, which was plenty. The only issue we had was the grill hood fell off but was still usable and the screen fell off but not a big problem and owner said they are being replaced. Nice cart and chairs for the beach in the basement was nice. Nice big flat screen in livingroom with cable and also in BRs. We went to upper Cape to Coast Guard Beach for the surf, which was a nice day trip. You can't go wrong if you want to be near nice calm beaches and Hyannis area for the restaurants/bars and some history."
