"My husband and I stayed for a week with our young children; what a wonderful vacation! The master bedroom is lovely with cathedral ceilings and a private entrance and bath, and the house has plenty of comfortable bedrooms for children and guests. We love the hedged private yard and garden, the ample patio for dinners and breakfast in the sunshine, and the rooftop deck where you can stargaze and glimpse the ocean. Hyannisport is a perfect vacation village, and this house is centrally located near everything. Our children loved riding their bikes to the numerous beaches, up to the top of the hill for views over the golf course, and to the little store to buy penny candy. People in Hyannisport are friendly and the traffic is minimum. The beaches are stunning and serene. I highly recommend this vacation home rental!"

"I had never been to the Cape so this was a new experience for me. I came with my Mother and her 3 sisters and we had no idea what to expect. When we arrived at Falmouth, we could not believe the home we were staying in. It was in a great location and beautifully decorated !!! It was so spacious and had all of the kitchen things we needed to cook with. The owner checked in with us several times to make sure we were comfortable and had what we needed. This was so very nice we appreciated it so much. We walked on the beach and just enjoyed ourselves so much. We plan to come back again in October and rent the home because we liked it so very much."

"This was a fantastic place for us to vacation on the Cape. I brought my son's family with me, so we had 3 adults and two teens and a 10yr. old. This house had great space for all of us. The décor was in a tasteful beach theme. The kitchen was fully stocked with the things you would need to cook great meals. My sister lives in Cotuit, so it was easy to get to and from for visits. We enjoyed a walk down Scudder Lane to the beach Sunday followed by trip to Barnstable, a wonderful quaint village. We went out to Sampson's Island and were able to use the beach chairs the owners had available. The week was full with a Whale Watch, campfires on Sandy Neck Beach, Trip to National Seashore and P-Town, and a trip to Boston. Took in a few Cotuit Kettleers Baseball games and the Patriots training camp. This house was perfect for all our plans. The only downfall I have, was not having WIFI with everyone using the internet. Actually I wasn't able to connect to the land line, but Sturgis Library saved the day to make return reservations. Also having linens available has always been a common practice with other VRBO's. Bringing towels and bedding, etc. Was a bit of an inconvenience. Over all the experience of being in this location on the Cape and in such a nice home was wonderful! Thanks for letting us experience this great vacation home! Dana"

Unbelievable! One of the best houses I've ever stayed in!
"I stayed at this amazing house with my friends and family for a week and everyone remarked that it was one of the greatest houses they had ever vacationed in! The pictures don't even do it justice! The facilities were excellent. All the bedrooms are very comfortable and my guests did not feel at all cramped. There was even a bedroom on the first floor which was perfect for my grandmother so she wouldn't have to climb stairs. There are multiple refrigerators and it was easy to cook large meals for all 20 guests. The beach is absolutely gorgeous, and when it got cold at night we made fires in living room fireplace. The gigantic dining room/living room is incredibly unique. It's rare that an old Cape house has such a large open gathering space. Lee and Brian were incredibly accommodating hoss and they are very responsive to email and phone communication. All in all, we enjoyed the trip so much that my friends called me the day we got home and demanded that we make staying at here an annual summer event!"
