  • Amazing Getaway

"My husband and i came from New York stayed for Columbus weekend. Even though Cape Cod is more in season for summer, there was still so much to do and not enough time. We LOVED the Cottage, it was VERY clean, well kept, organized and the decor inside was amazing (Well done Eva). We felt at home as soon as we walked in, and we had Brownies waiting for us from Eva :) The location was great, we were close to everything. I would recommend this cottage to anyone going to Cape Cod."

  • walkers landing

"This home was perfect for our active family of 5 plus our golden retriever. It was clean and nicely furnished but not so dear that we had to worry about the dog or kids. Grocery stores nearby made it just like home. From the house you can walk to Rock harbor and the little wharf and beach there. Local people said they allow dogs there after 4pm so we went with that. Because of the hurricane, fireworks were delayed so we hot to see those our week as well. Skaket and Nauset are short drives, a bike trail with rental shops is also very near in the town. The kids keep asking if we can go back so it was a hit. Miriam and Lou have a TV, DVD, VCR and there is WiFi. There are board games in a cabinet. The backyard is big and perfect for throwing ball around while something is grilling up. The house is one level there are 2 low wooden steps to get in. So if mobility is an issue for you or a pet, don't worry! I was looking for a low key seaside vacation with the kids, like I had growing up visiting my grandma on Long Island. This was very much like that. Hope to get a week again next year!"

  • Wonderful home on the beach!

"This was our best summer vacation ever! We’ve been coming to the Cape each summer since the mid 1970’s when our three kids were little, and even smaller. This year we returned with everyone, including 6 grandchildren, ages 12, 11, 10, 7, 5, and 1 ½. The house was the perfect setting for our family get together with plenty of private space for the little ones to sleep and play. Excellent amenities from the multitude of bathrooms, the outdoor shower, wonderful gathering areas inside and out for enjoying a meal and conversation, and the most excellent hot tub! We love water sports, and thoroughly enjoyed the private beach for swimming, launching the kayaks, exploring the great fishing spots just on the other side of the big breakwater, and bringing the Whaler Montauk around from the slip at the Hyannis Marina. And you can walk to tons of waterfront activities, ferries to the Islands, excellent restaurants, and shopping 'till you drop! But best of all, the house is magnificent, both the interior design and layout, and the enormous deck and beautiful lawn, perfect for playing whiffle ball. The place is truly a home, a special home with so many delightful surprises, such as the personalized artwork, the beautiful tile display of the Cape in the kitchen, and the tile view in the bathroom of the backyard and ocean. Warm, inviting places like this don’t just happen. They are created by very special people. We only hope we can return to this wonderful place next year."

  • perfect place to stay on the cape!

"we had an amazing time at the cape and this was the perfect cottage for us. It fit the laid back vibe we were looking for and you can't help but relax upon arrival. It was cozy and inviting and you don't feel like you need to be careful as not to break something or track beach sand across the floor. But there are 5 bedrooms so you can be with a group and not feel totally on top of one another. you are just steps from the beach and can hear the ocean from the screened in porch. Kids could play all day at the beach, but you're so close to the cottage you can come back for food and bathroom breaks. plenty to do in the area as well from mini golf to go karts to bike riding. the neighbors are all friendly and it's quiet so you can really relax. This is isn't luxury, but if you want luxury, you should probally not be on the cape! highly reccommend this place. we will come again. and again. and then again."
