"When I read the other reviews I was curious if the condo would fit our family of 5, but it certainly did. 2 people have to sleep in the living room but that is not a problem for us. I was surprised by this charming place on Cape Cod and we really liked it. It's close to the beach. We met some very nice people who owned another condo and they gave us useful information about the area. And the kids were delighted with the wifi."

"First time at the Cape and we picked a great location. The community is great - small but it's the perfect size for a getaway. The beach is very clean and water warmer than expected. The condo was bigger than expected. It was the perfect size for 2 adults and 2 kids. I don't think more adults would work. It was very clean well maintained. I don't have any complaints besides needing A/C. The first half of the week the humidity was very high and after being at the beach or going for a bike ride it would have been nice to come home to refreshing A/C. We had every window open and fans running but it just didn't seem to cut it. Otherwise we enjoyed our time there. The marketplace was ok. Mashpee commons was better to walk around. It's a great spot to have day trips from. There are plenty of trails for old and young. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend Chris's place."

"Yes, the weather was September beautiful! However, this lovely home would be most comfortable no matter what the weather!
We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves in this well-appointed home! The thoughtful and accommodating owner has given thought to comfort and convenience and we found everything that we needed to make our stay most enjoyable!
We were visiting with our daughter & her husband and their infant son. The home worked well as they had the 2 bedrooms and bathroom upstairs and we had the bedroom and full bathroom downstairs.
The neighborhood was quiet and perfect for walks with lovely vistas of the bay and the the marsh.
We hope to return to this most comfortable home!"

"This truly is a charming place to stay. The only inconveniences that we experienced were the house phone was unavailable due to "battery issues" with the handset nowhere to be found and the first few days weather was very hot, where the there was no breeze in the evening to alleviate the heat accumulated throughout the house from the days warmth. When we arrived the first evening, the inside temperature was 96 degrees and the fans provided worked overtime for a few days. Remember, there's no air conditioning which is not uncommon in this part of the country. Aside from the hot weather granted us the first few days, a cool front provided much needed relief mid-week and the rest of the vacation stay at this house was great. No complaints otherwise. Recommend it if you want a clean, cozy, nice "cottage-like" feel for your stay. Well stocked with whatever you need (of course you bring your own groceries, etc.). I would certainly return here but not in August."
