"Our family get-together at this lovely home couldn't have been more perfect. Everyone enjoyed every moment from beginning to end. We celebrated our daughter's 50th birthday with 30 people and it was a huge success. It was amazing how great it was dealing with the homeowner. She is a delight. Also, the other nice thing was that everyone was free to do their own thing from going to the beach and, also, taking the boat to Martha's Vineyard. There was something for everyone. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We loved it!"

"My husband and I stayed at this lovely waterfront home for 10 days, being familiar with the Mashpee area from previous summers on the Cape. Monomoscoy Island is very special - beautiful marshes with Ospreys, snowy egrets, herons flying above along with lots of other marsh birds. We took advantage of the kayaks available at the house to paddle along Great River many times during our stay - it was wonderful to just be able to get right into the water. Deb and Tim had everything we needed to enjoy the water and the outdoors. We ate outside every day with its beautiful water view, biked all over the area (it's relatively flat and easy to ride), and took many great day trips to our favorite Cape spots- Sandwich, Monomoy Island near Chatham, Woods Hole, Falmouth, and Wing Island in Brewster. But we also could have chosen to stay home and relax at the house and would have had a great relaxing time then as well! Deb shared the history of the island with us, since her family is one of the original residents here. Deb and Tim were most accommodating and willing to help out with advice, recommendations, and provide anything we needed. We'd highly recommend this house for a family or a couple that loves the water and the quietness of a slightly off the beaten track location, but with easy access to all the Cape has to offer."

"Our stay on Popponesset Bay could not have been better! The secluded, private setting made for a very relaxing "get away from it all" vacation, even with two rambunctious granddaughters and one great nephew! Though the first few days were especially warm and humid, the large screened back porch facing the bay was the place to be. The breezes continually flowing though it, cooled us all off and we spent afternoons (when not out exploring) relaxing there and eating there every evening. Even though my sister also has a home in Cotuit, we spent every evening at this vacation home, mainly because of the wonderful back porch. All amenities were welcomed, especially the large propane grill, beach umbrella and chairs, cooler, and the beach pass. Many times when we were at Loop or Oregon Beach we saw the patrol checking and citing cars with no stickers! Having Internet access was a major plus, as were were all "connected" at many times during our stay. The short walk to the private beach made for easy, rambling walks along the shoreline. The marsh grass made swimming and fishing impossible, but the "treasures" we found along the shore each day were a bonus--even a useable baseball, as well as lots of shells. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home. We would stay again, if I can get all the family together once more."

"First time at the Cape and we picked a great location. The community is great - small but it's the perfect size for a getaway. The beach is very clean and water warmer than expected. The condo was bigger than expected. It was the perfect size for 2 adults and 2 kids. I don't think more adults would work. It was very clean well maintained. I don't have any complaints besides needing A/C. The first half of the week the humidity was very high and after being at the beach or going for a bike ride it would have been nice to come home to refreshing A/C. We had every window open and fans running but it just didn't seem to cut it. Otherwise we enjoyed our time there. The marketplace was ok. Mashpee commons was better to walk around. It's a great spot to have day trips from. There are plenty of trails for old and young. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend Chris's place."
