  • Beautiful vacation home

"I had a wonderful week with my extended family (including toddler twins) at this beautiful home. I would definitely rent it again. It is very close to beautiful beaches, the Cape cod rail trail for biking, and many great restaurants. Jonathan, the owner, lives in the adjacent house and is a wonderful host."

  • Terrific location, wonderful backyard, and lovely home!

"We stayed here with our son and black lab. I don't know which of them enjoyed the fenced yard more! Volleyball, ping pong and a firepit for making s'mores! The house was incredibly clean and fully stocked, including a super outdoor grill. Each morning, we walked down to the water and got breakfast across the street! Terrific location and the owners were lovely, a wonderful place for vacation, Thanks again!"

  • Breezy, comfy, and close to all!

"This house had everything my two teenagers and I could ever want in a Cape Cod vacation home: we could ride our bikes to the bike path, go a mile or so down the road to Nauset Light Beach, walk to a number of restaurants and small shops, and drive south to Orleans or Chatham – or north to Wellfleet or Provincetown – quite easily. Now for the house itself: we appreciated the gift bag that welcomed us on arrival, the very clean and tastefully decorated furnishings, a bedroom for each of us, two good-sized modern bathrooms, comfortable mattresses, and a well-stocked kitchen. I usually bring some of my own utensils to rental houses, but this year I didn't need to use any of them because the kitchen had everything I needed! Also excellent appliances and a washer and dryer, in addition to foosball, ping-pong table, and an air hockey table in the basement – which were useful for the one rainy day we had. The neighborhood is quiet and offered a nice place to walk our dog. As for air conditioning, there was a window unit in the kitchen and another in one of the bedrooms, but we only needed to run them once or twice for a brief amount of time to cool off the house – Mother Nature did the rest with cool Cape Cod evenings! There was an excellent flatscreen TV and DVD player for our evening movie viewings, and the microwave did an great job of popping our popcorn. The dog was happy, too! And Julie was a delight to interact with, making sure she had the information she needed from me and that I learned what I wanted to know from her. We will be back for sure!"

  • Fabulous experience

"We absolutely loved the house and the location! We were delighted with the modern kitchen, great appliances, and the dining room - the family spaces were perfect – and we used the deck a lot. It was amazing to have the grill to use. We had absolutely everything that we needed, and appreciated the details like beach chairs, umbrellas, and the hot/cold outdoor shower. The kitchen was well stocked - we didn’t lack a single thing. The home was clean and felt like a true "New Englander" home. The access to the sea and to the pond were ideal. We made frequent use of the outdoor areas - we clammed on Sunday and found plenty of clams to make a beautiful clam stew. We also found and ate oysters. There was a lot of wildlife in the pond. When kayaking right behind the house, we saw egrets, swans, ducks, geese, and an osprey nest complete with a family. We loved that the sea was warm there, as opposed to the surfing beaches. Even through there were people all along the beaches, it wasn’t very busy in the stretch of accessible beach. The home and the surrounding property felt very private and we loved getting away from the crowds there while the rest of Cape Cod felt very busy. The owner and leasing agent were prompt and helpful with my questions. I highly recommend this house!"
