"My sister-in-law found this home early in November and we rented it over the Thanksgiving holiday. It was a wonderful space to gather with extended family for a reunion weekend. Lovely views from everywhere in the house and a nice beach for walking. The kitchen was a hit with family foodies. Would recommend this home for a crowd. Our teenagers were content to roost in the upstairs sitting area. Good location for access to shopping and sight seeing on and off the Cape. 1st floor bedroom for Grandpa with mobility challenges."Guest: Happy Sister-in-Law Date of Stay: November 2013 Review Submitted: December 3, 2013View listing
"This was an extravagant celebration trip for our 25th anniversary, and we were not disappointed by our choice. This is a very spacious 2 bedroom home. Both bedrooms have big closets and a dresser for your clothes. Hangers provided. Both bedrooms have a door out to the back deck that is nice and private and treed. There is a full bath upstairs for the bedrooms and a half bath on the main floor downstairs. Wood floors throughout except for the kitchen and baths which are tiled or stone. There was a full size washer and dryer for our exclusive use upstairs near the bedrooms. It has a fully equipped big square kitchen with a bar and two stools. We loved walking into Provincetown each day with our pup yet coming back to a serene setting for the evening. Each night we heard a fox crying outside our window, so we have solved the mystery regarding "what does the fox say." Rick was a gracious host who offered help whenever he saw us but gave us our space and privacy. It was a blissful month."Guest: Pam and Rebecca M. "We spent a week at this beach house in July and had a wonderful time. The property was clean, well-maintained and equipped with everything one needs to enjoy a relaxing time at the beach. The window air-conditioning units in the bedrooms were a welcome feature, as the area was in the midst of a heat wave during our week there. The location was ideal for us. It was close to Nauset Beach and Head-of-the Meadows Beach, two places our kids love to visit. As well, it was a reasonable drive to Hyannis to catch the ferry to Martha's Vineyard and to visit JFK Museum, Cape Cod Mall, etc. The art galleries in Provincetown were only a short drive away. When the tide is in, the swimming at the beach at the cottage is great, and when it's out, one can walk several hundreds yards out from shore. This I a place we would definitely return to, and would recommend it to our friends and relatives."Guest: Edward Date of Stay: July 2013 Review Submitted: July 30, 2013View listing
