"Cottage is very nice, cozy and quiet. Patio in the back is perfect all day since it is shaded by the tree so it never gets too hot there. Cottage location is awesome. Just few minutes drive to most Truro beaches, very close to the grocery store, library and rec center with playground for children, and winery around the corner. 6miles to Ptown and 9miles to Welfleet."Guest: Waldemar S. "We had an absolutley excellant time and enjoyed ourselves tremendously. We had done a lot of looking and really liked the way it did not have neighbors all over. We were so happy we made this our home for the time we were there. The inside is basic, clean and has everything you need. You can see the water from the porch and hear the waves. It is exactly a one minute walk to the top of the stairs leading down to the priivate beach. There were many times that we were the only ones along the entire shore, as far as you could see. I would certainly tell anyone that they should stay here. Dana was great to work with and we certainly hope to stay there in the future."Guest: jeff b. "Clean, modern place. A very short ride to Provincetown. This condo could SLEEP four, but there is only really room for two. Bed is not comfortable; too soft for our tastes. Not a knock on the condo, but be aware there is nowhere to eat and nothing much to do in Truro. But again, P-Town is very close, and all you need is there. All in all, a really good place, new and clean, and very fair price for rental."Guest: Jimbo Date of Stay: October 2014 Review Submitted: October 18, 2014View listing
"We really enjoyed our first time at the Cape. The condo had everything we needed. (The owner made sure I had a hair dryer, as requested.) We're not big on crowds, so this was a lovely time to visit with no traffic and no long wait times in the restaurants. The weather couldn't have been better! Dawn was very friendly and attentive to our needs. I loved the fresh decor of the condo and the cleanliness. I was pleased not to have to pay an added cleaning deposit. : ) Wish we could have stayed longer!! Thanks! Karen & Tony"Guest: Karen L. North Truro Travel Tips
Experience History with a Stay in North Truro Vacation Rentals
There seems to be no end to the history in which North Truro is steeped. Truro, Massachusetts is where the Pilgrims first stepped off the Mayflower, found a natural spring, and took their first drinks of water in the New World. It's also home to Corn Hill, the place where the Pilgrims found a store of Native American corn that saved them from starvation after their first year in the Americas. Cape Cod's oldest lighthouse, Cape Cod Light, which was originally built in 1797 and replaced in 1857, is also located in Truro. North Truro even boasts Massachusetts' oldest golf course, Highland Links Golf Course. Needless to say, if you're interested in taking a trip to a town rich with history and character, North Truro Cape Code rentals would make great accommodations for you.
North Truro is a Wine Aficionado's Paradise
Truro Vineyards of Cape Cod is one of two vineyards on the Cape. Built around a farmhouse built in 1813, Truro Vineyards is as rooted in its history as the town it calls home. It's a family-owned and operated vineyard open from May through Thanksgiving for tasting, touring, and picnicking. North Truro beach homes provide the perfect getaway for taking in some history and enjoying a little bit of wine along the way.
