A wonderful cottage
"We just concluded 2 weeks in this wonderful cottage. It was such a pleasure to have that much time to sink into the comfort and relaxation of the Cape and all it has to offer. Each day we were off to explore and each night, when we returned to the cottage, we felt like we had come home. It is light, comfortable and both relaxing and rejuvenating. Deer, chipmunks, frogs and a fox, not to mention the lovely birdsongs, were our companions. And a whale watch from P-town didn't disappoint. Coffee on the deck in the early morning and a glass of wine in the evening made each day perfect. We would highly recommend this peaceful cottage."

"We just enjoyed a relaxing week at Suzan's home in Orleans and wish we had stayed a second week. The home is very comfortable, clean and well equipped with all we needed. It was a perfect amount space for our family of 5 (3 kids ages 7-13) plus extra beds for grandparents who came to visit. The neighborhood is peaceful and conveniently located to amenities, to both beaches, and walkable nearby activities like the local baseball game. Suzan was easy to reach and very responsive to our last minute questions. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!"

"Quiet and secluded old house, walking distance to Skaket Beach and Hot Chocolate Sparrow and mere steps from the Rail Trail. House itself is interesting, with old stairways, alcoves, floors, etc.
Getting to the second floor takes some agility but there is a bedroom on the ground floor that we used for Grandma and Grandpa. Room on the lawn for kids to play and explore, well-furnished kitchen, can accommodate a large family."

"We contacted the owners after our other rental fell through and they were wonderful about accommodating our request and always responded promptly. The house is lovely but guest should know that one of the bedrooms upstairs has sub-flooring. It didn't bother us, but would have been helpful to know."
