"we rented both condos for 3 days in early may. the units were as advertised... clean, well kept, and comfortable. the units were maybe a mile or so from the main part of Provincetown. we would have 2 MINOR objections during our stay. 1) our towels were quite musty smelling (even after a wash). 2) there was road work/construction going on directly in front of the condo. they started around 7am and literally shook the condo. Obviously the owners can't control that but, nonentheless, it was a disturbance. overall, a very nice stay and we would consider staying there again."Guest: group of 12 Date of Stay: May 2014 Review Submitted: May 16, 2014View listing
"An absolutely perfect Location for a time out! Condo is fully stocked with everthing you need, the private deck is wonderful and directly at the town beach with a view that is never boring - always something to see. You can reach all the Tourist places, galleries and Food places by foot in just 5 minutes - no car needed. The beaches further away can also be reached by foot or bike or during season with shuttle bus. A wonderful place to unwind and relax! The description of the listing is more than accurate, property is clean and well-maintained. I can highly recommend a stay here!"Guest: Angi Date of Stay: May 2014 Review Submitted: June 18, 2014View listing
"We had such a great time at Michael's beautiful Provincetown home. While there was supposed to be 4 adults, 1 young child and our dog, circumstances brought about only my husband and myself being able to go on vacation. As it was our 25th anniversary, we had a wonderful time on our own. The house is comfortable and wonderfully decorated. We felt right at home. Michael made the rental process easy with his warm and welcoming manner. We loved every minute of our stay, especially the sunset over Herring Cove. Provincetown is an exciting town, even off-season (which is when we prefer to visit). If ok with Michael, we will definitely be back to stay at his lovely home again. Thank you, Michael. We loved our stay at your Provincetown home."Guest: April Date of Stay: May 2014 Review Submitted: May 25, 2014View listing
"This house meets everything in its description and more. It's clean and roomy - great for our family of four plus one dog. The neighborhood is private yet close to everything. We took the three minute walk to The Beach Market every morning for a newspaper. The most fun Yoga class at The Boatslip on Commercial Street was an easy fifteen minute walk away. We walked The Breakwater, went to Herring Cove Beach (a very short drive away) to swim and see the gorgeous sunset, made delicious meals in the very well-stocked kitchen (a call to Dave regarding an empty gas BBQ canister was answered promptly), and ate at several great restaurants on Commercial Street (walked to all). For grocery, Stop and Shop is walkable or a five minute drive away. We've visited Provincetown many times before but this was our first week-long stay and we learned to love it on a whole new level. We look forward to our next stay and would definitely stay in Matthew's beautiful home again."Guest: LB Date of Stay: July 2014 Review Submitted: July 29, 2014View listing
