  • There's NO Other place I'd rather stay - EXCELLENT location and Wow views!!

"We have stayed at this beautiful condo for years. This years new additional of central A/C in the bedrooms was much appreciated, although there was really only one day we needed it - it sure was nice to have it that one hot sticky day! You can't beat the location - right near Macmillan Wharf, yet set back from the street so very quiet especially considering it's central location. The beds are super comfy and one night we even slept out on the deck under the stars! Our week was a great one - Blessing of the Fleet on one weekend and 4rth of July fireworks on the next! You can't pick a better location for watching the fireworks. The deck literally overlooks the wharf. There's nothing negative I can say other than I hate leaving every year. They now have bought the unit next door, so next year we are going to invite friends and rent both units! Just not sure what week yet! Thanks again for yet another year's awesome vacation!"

  • Couldn't Ask for More-Great Place to Stay

"We honestly couldn't have asked for more- this place was great! It is tastefully furnished and decorated. The decor is up to date with hardwood floors, granite, and stainless steel appliances. Also, it was very well- equipped with everything you would need- plenty of linens, Keurig plus coffee maker, bottled water, plenty of cooking utensils and pots and pans, and the list goes on- We loved the location- right by Herring Cove. It was quiet and there was a pretty view of the water from the top floor. Due the cold weather we didn't walk into the main part of town-although it could be easily walked- about 10 minutes through nice residential streets. Best parts- very clean, great location, gas fireplace, the cupola and top deck for sunsets, all channels on TV, knowing we could call if had any questions, dual/rain faucet shower, beautiful windows, WIFI, friendliness/helpfulness of owners, JoLynn's help, champagne in fridge, fresh poinsettia for the holidays, coastal/contemporary/comfortable decor"

  • Quiet and comfortable

"The house was spacious and comfortable for all. The large kitchen and dining area were a definite highlight with the chef stove and the dining table that seated eight. Although it is modern, the tone is warm and inviting. The hot tub was great, especially on a cooler rainy night. It's back yard is small but is large enough to entertain a smaller group. Other than a couple small inconveniences, all of my guests enjoyed the house and I would welcome the opportunity to stay there again."
