"We have been staying at Rick's Bungalow for five year's running. It is the perfect getaway. The house is a comfortable work of arts and craft. It is both spacious and cozy, with a full kitchen made for entertaining. With two bedrooms upstairs it offers real privacy. The neighborhood is also top notch, just far enough out of town that you are removed from the bustle but close enough that it is an easy walk to restaurants and night life. It is also a very easy 1 block walk to the bay and a very family friendly beach. Our daughter made friends there the first year and has been able to renew those friendships year after year. Pet friendly, great outdoor shower, lots of little touches that make it a home away from home, we look forward to going to Rick's every year."

"We rented this place for the July 4th holiday week, and loved it. The townhome itself is very well appointed, very clean, has cozy and nice furniture, comfortable beds, very well stocked kitchen for cooking at home (the great market down the block has everything you need to purchase food), and the section of town the home is in is very nice. It is convenient to town, just a short walk away, and convenient for traveling in as it's near the highway.
George was very easy to deal with, and very generous with assistance in booking and planning the trip. I would definitely recommend this as a nice place to stay in Provincetown, and we would love to come back."

"Our family of four spent a week here and were very happy with everything this condo had to offer. Plenty of space, everything was well maintained and extremely clean, the kitchen - well equipped. The third floor balcony had a great view of the sunset. The garage was essential for parking our bikes out of the elements. The decor was so airy and beautiful, that we found ourselves staying at home at night, playing games and watching TV, instead of going to town. Commercial St. is a 5-10 minute walk away - across the big parking lot behind the condos. If you ride bikes - even less. Mac's restaurant ,within a walking distance, is pretty good: we tried their salmon and the sushi. The local Stop and Shop is also within walking distance. Jill, the manager, was very helpful and cheerful. What more can I say? Will definitely come back in the future!"

"Eight of us stayed at the house this past weekend. The location is fantastic, RIGHT on the beach and about 20 minutes stroll into the center of town. There is a good sized deck overlooking the beach, equipped with plenty of chairs a table with sun umbrella and a grill. The living area is generous with an open concept living and dinning room facing a wall of windows overlooking the water. The dining room table fit 8 of us nicely.
A huge plus is that the owner provided parking spaces for 4 of our cars; I don't know what we would have done otherwise as parking is tough in that area!
There is a master bedroom with a king sized bed and it's own bathroom. The other 3 bedrooms are small but do the job of providing a place to sleep and leave your stuff in. There is a day bed in the living area which could accommodate a 9th guest. The kitchen was on the smaller size, but everything worked! We used a lot of the pots and pans that were provided, so it was nice we didn't have to bring any of these with us.
The house is older and not updated, but we knew that prior to booking and I think that is reflected in the price. It has everything we needed and more! The only points of improvement for me would be providing hand soap in both bathrooms, and maybe providing more than one roll of paper towels and one trash bags. Not a huge deal because we picked these up in town, but would be nice.
