  • We love this house!!

"We have been vacationing at this home since 2009, and absolutely love it! It is a wonderful combination of warm antique style and modern amenities, and the location is beautiful for a relaxing beach vacation and sightseeing. It is perfect for travel with friends as well as family gatherings, and is spacious enough to spread out when you want quiet time. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay very comfortable, and they are so easy and great to work with. We can't say enough about this special spot that continues to warm our hearts!!"

  • comfortable and sweet

"Our family of four had a lovely and relaxing time at the Cape, and very much enjoyed staying in this house. The house was nicely appointed without being too fussy(with two small kids, that is a big bonus!), and we found it to be very clean and welcoming. The house is well situated for bay- and ocean-side beach visits, as well as town visits. Time spent at home was enjoyable by all with plenty of space to spread out in the house itself and in the surrounding yard(hammock!). We really enjoyed staying in this house and loved being in Wellfleet!"

  • Phenomenal Outdoor Space (Deck, Screened Porch, Backyard)

"I've stayed in over a dozen VRBO houses over the years (this is my first review), this is a very well cared for home that happens to be on VRBO (compared to all of the pure rental properties listed on VRBO). I kept thinking the furniture, paintings and kitchenware were simply too nice for a rental property. My parents rented the mainhouse and my wife and I spent one night in the boathouse, which was the perfect mix of space from the main house but a 10 foot walk on the deck to the kitchen, outdoor space and screened porch. Sense of space, peace & quiet with the huge back yard (can't really see or hear other people) and large deck made for a tremendous getaway."
