"This lovely home was absolutely terrific for our three-generation family group! Super well-equipped, from kitchen equipment to kayaks, to books & game, bikes & beach toys.
Convenient to shopping and beaches, quiet and very little traffic.
We especially loved the gorgeous deck overlooking the bay, where we ate almost all of our meals, and spent many happy hours gazing at the water.
We recommend this house highly! Such fun!"

"We enjoyed the location for kayaking, sailing, and SUP. If you like to paddle, the ride down the Bass River to the sound is a nice one. We also enjoyed swimming and looking for little water critters off the dock. It was a great central point for exploring the CCRT (although the road to get to the rail trail is quite busy with a small shoulder and not safely bikable for children, which the owner had fully disclosed ahead of time when I asked), and for going to sound, bay and oceanside beaches. We loved Gray's Beach and Flax Pond nearby, and Coast Guard and Nauset Beaches were an easy drive. The owner was very communicative, friendly and helpful. She made a great recommendation for Sesuit Harbor Cafe for a scenic spot and delicious lobster roll. The cottage was super clean and well stocked. We enjoyed the spacious deck for outdoor dining. The owner graciously allowed us to have 8 people and a dog, but 4 adults and 4 children inside did feel a bit cramped. I would highly recommend this place for a group/family of 4-6 people. The cottage is on the road to the public boat launch, but it never felt too noisy or crowded. The association beach was nice and the kids had fun on the water trampoline, but it is a 5 minute walk away either on the road or along a non-trail on the shore. Overall, it was a great experience. We rent a waterfront home for a week every summer, and this one ranked at the top in the categories of cleanliness and owner communications."

"My family and I stumbled across this property while trying to plan an impromptu long weekend. And, I wish we stayed for the entire week. The cottage was a perfect beach cottage, everything you need- all the comforts of home, very cozy, and very close to the beach. We took strolls every morning with our babies and the neighbors were all delightful. The beach was very accessible with nice sand and shallow calm water for the little ones. Plenty of good little places to eat nearby. The owners were very responsive to questions and met all of my needs. All in all- a fantastic weekend. Looking forward to next year!"

"Perhaps the best part about renting this home was feeling as though I was staying in a friend's home. The owner couldn't have been more helpful, accomodating and friendly! I was able to actually tour the home long before our scheduled arrival and knew it would be just perfect for our out of town family and friends attending our daughter's wedding. A welcome bottle of wine was an unexpected delight! How many owners do that??? Our friends and family who stayed here raved about the views, the open gathering spaces, the access to kayaking and all of the outdoor decks where all could take in the beautiful view together. The rustic style and comfortable decor provided the perfect place to gather and share good times! I highly recommend this property!"
