"A group of friends and I stayed at this house for a long weekend, to see a friend get married at the Chatham Bars Inn. The house was more than we could have asked for! We cooked meals, grilled, played yard games, walked downtown, to the beach, a couple of us biked the Cape and saw cranberry bogs...it was a jam packed weekend. We were even able to walk to the wedding as it was just down the street! The house itself was spacious, clean and well equipped with anything you might need (beach chairs, kitchen utensils, etc.). Couldn't have asked for a better situation or host. Thank you!"

"Being this was our third stay at Jim and Ted's condo, we feel it has become our home away from home when we need an ocean "fix". We love being at the far West End where it is quiet and close to the beach and bike trails, and only a 15 minute walk to most restaurants and town activities. It's also conveniently close to Gale Force Bike Rentals and Market, so renting and returning your rental is quick and easy. A visit to the closest restaurant, Victor's, is a must - chic, small restaurant serving popular small plate dishes and raw bar. Unlike a lot of PTown rentals, Jim and Ted's place is updated, clean, and tastefully decorated, with all of the comforts of our own home. Jo Lynne, the property manager who lives next door is unobtrusive but always available if needed. And we love to pet her dog Luna as we get homesick for our own dogs after a while. The condo once had umbrellas but we couldn't find any this trip - unfortunate as it rained 2.5 days we were there. The new upstairs t.v. was a nice addition as was the chest of drawers. I doubt we will stay anywhere else upon our next visit - it's feels like coming home."

"Loved this home. Very clean and well maintained. Views from the living room, dining and kitchen were amazing at any time of day or night. Very quiet and peaceful beach. Enjoyed the privacy, long beach walks and solitude. I would highly recommend this home."

"Our family of four had a lovely and relaxing time at the Cape, and very much enjoyed staying in this house. The house was nicely appointed without being too fussy(with two small kids, that is a big bonus!), and we found it to be very clean and welcoming. The house is well situated for bay- and ocean-side beach visits, as well as town visits. Time spent at home was enjoyable by all with plenty of space to spread out in the house itself and in the surrounding yard(hammock!). We really enjoyed staying in this house and loved being in Wellfleet!"
