  • Clean, Comfortable Centrally Located Condo

"This clean, comfortable condo located on The Villages side of Ocean Edge Resort is a perfect home away from home for your visit to Cape Cod, MA. Brewster, MA is centrally located on the Cape, so you can visit a variety of places of interest from one end of the Cape to the other. After a day of sightseeing, you return to the air conditioned condo with all the amenities of home. The pools, both indoor and outdoor, are located right across the parking lot as well as the fitness gym and tennis courts. You can ride your bike through the resort to the Cape Cod bike trail! There are restaurants on site and you can take a free shuttle bus over to “the mansion” side of the resort to explore and enjoy a meal overlooking the bay. The owners are always available and offer many suggestions on places to eat, beaches to visit and things to do. The one bedroom condo was perfect for my husband and me, but with a pull out couch in the living room, you could bring another couple or young children. I would recommend this condo to our friends and will definitely return."

  • Excellent Spot!

"My wife and I plus our Golden Retiever spent a week here in mid August. The location was perfectly situated, just a short walk across some dunes to the beach which seemed frequented by more wildlife than people.... stunning. The cottage was cozy with all amenities from big screen iMac and printer for those google maps, flat screen TV and well stocked kitchen. We used the propane grill nearly every night, enjoying local seafood and vegetables. There was a nice little breakfast place within a morning dogs walk away. It was also a relatively short ( always depending on time of day ) drive up the coast to enjoy other picturesque beaches at the National Sea Shore and Provincetown. The cottage is adjacent to the owners home who was incredibly hospitable and provided a wealth of suggestions wittily described for supplies, restaurants and local knowledge. The pizza was killer! We had a terrific vacation and will definitely be going back in the future."

  • Year after year, this cottage continues to delight us

"We come back year after year, and each time we are struck by how welcoming this cottage is; the owners think of many details to make their guests feel welcome and comfortable! We’ve never stayed at a cottage that was so well maintained, with so many thoughtful touches. The owners go out of their way to make sure we have everything we need. When we bring guests or family, they, too, are blown away by the water views, the sunsets, the pristine private saltwater beach on Follins Pond, the private dock, and the proximity to everything (beaches, parks, Cape Cod Baseball League games, mini golf, antique stores, great restaurants, supermarkets...). There are plenty of windows in the cottage, with lovely cross breezes. It’s fantastic to walk out of your bedroom in the morning and be greeted by a wall of windows looking out at the water! We love hanging out on the spacious deck, and the screened gazebo (with ceiling fan and light) is a cool private outdoor room -- and a great retreat on rainy days. The table in the inside dining area is a draw for board games, and there’s plenty of room to eat at the kitchen island or on the deck if the game lasts into mealtime. All of the common areas are open and flow into each other, and the water view is a constant backdrop. The space is flexible, and you can be as private or as communal you wish. One thing that stands out about this cottage is that it can easily accommodate a lot of people without feeling crowded, but it also feels perfect when only two or three of us stay there. We also really appreciate the gas grill; washer and drier; out-of-the-way clothesline for wet towels; two full bathrooms; and the private outdoor shower by the back door. And of course the fact that our dog is welcome! The owners are perfect hosts. They’re very responsive and helpful, but also totally respect our privacy. It’s been 3 weeks since we left, and we’re still feeling refreshed and rejuvenated by our latest stay there. We’ll be back!"
