  • Perfect cape get-away

"This is the perfect place for a cape escape! It has everything you need!! I rented this wonderful vacation home for a week with my family. Fenced-in yard for my grandson, lots of rooms to get together or to have some private time, s'mores over the fire in the fireplace. Relaxing jacuzzi, walk to beach and restaurants. We had a fun and memorable time. The location is great as it is mid-cape, so a very reasonable drive to anywhere on the cape. I went back with 5 of my quilting friends for a retreat and we had a great time. Plenty of room for our sewing machines, walks to the beach and gift shop for a break. Everyone loved the house. Paul and Chris went out of their way to answer questions and even helped with a quilting project! We can't wait to go back!"

  • Great for a family

"Quiet and secluded old house, walking distance to Skaket Beach and Hot Chocolate Sparrow and mere steps from the Rail Trail. House itself is interesting, with old stairways, alcoves, floors, etc. Getting to the second floor takes some agility but there is a bedroom on the ground floor that we used for Grandma and Grandpa. Room on the lawn for kids to play and explore, well-furnished kitchen, can accommodate a large family."

  • Amazing property

"This house was terrific - just perfect for our family of 5. It is much bigger than looks on the pictures. The walk to the private beach is 3 minutes, a very easy one even for our 3-year old. The water is also the warmest we had ever experienced on the Cape in any location. We also walked with the kids to the marina with all the restaurants and ferries, and to the Main Street, everything is so close, so nice not to drive. The decor of the house is also spectacular, the owner thought through so many things. The owner is very generous, you don't need to bring anything to the house - the towels, beach toys, linens, beach chairs, everything is in abundance there. The owner is very easy to deal with also. We LOVED this property and hope to return."
