"This lovely, well equipped home was a wonderful home base for our week in Cape Cod with children and grandchildren, Inman beach is in easy walking distance and the kids loved the playground that was on the way to the beach. The guys espcially loved the great room and the children (ages 2-9) romped in the spacious back yard where we watched rabbits, racoons and even a coyote at the edge of the woods one evening. Altogether a great week in Cape Cod."

"My wife and I stayed here with our kids (ages 1 and 7) and another family with their two kids (8, 10). The home is very comfortable and walking distance from the beach. Perfect for relaxing, bike riding and enjoying the Cod."

"We had an enjoyable, relaxing stay here. The house is comfortable, clean, welcoming, well maintained. (The owners had kindly provided all the necessary linens and various household supplies. A big difference with some other Cape rentals!) It's in a quiet, safe, pretty neighborhood. Nice for kids. Access to the pond is within a few minutes walk; we also found a small park with playground around the corner. Bourne has a lot to offer for families with younger kids; we were here with our five year old and she had a great time. She loved the Water Wizz waterpark, and I really liked biking and running along the Cape Cod Canal. Bourne town beaches and other beaches are nearby, for instance the picturesque Wareham town beach."

"The house was charming and clean, and the neighborhood was unbeatable. However if you are tall, beware of the swooping ceilings in the upper rear unit. My husband must have bumped his head three times!
Also, it was easy to hear the people in the neighboring unit.
Owners were pleasant, flexible and responsive to requests such as wifi password and internet connectivity issues. Only gripe was that the morning of our check out at 9:35 am as we were getting ready to pack up our bags, the owner walked right into the unit without knocking or announcing herself. We weren't sure if it was an accident or a not-so-subtle attempt to check on the status of our departure, but it certainly surprised us! When she saw we were still there, she turned around and walked back out without saying a word. It was just a bit odd (especially since our car was in the driveway right next to the unit so clearly we were still there).
Other than that, it's a beautiful, historic property in an unbeatable location at an affordable cost."
