"This 5 bedroom home has plenty of room for an extended family to spread out and enjoy their vacation. the location is amazing as it is private but it located in the village of sandwich and is an easy walk to anything in the historic area. The beaches are beautiful, a little rocky but breathtaking! The back yard is expansive and green with many plants and trees and a stream, a personal stream right in the backyard. Relaxing and beautiful. My husband even took a dip. I would highly recommend the house and the area. Its quaint and charming and not overcrowded!"

"Our family of 15, comprised of three different families, enjoyed a wonderful one-week vacation in this great beach house. The home is well kept and very comfortable with a spacious yard. The location of the six bedrooms offers privacy for couples, while other rooms allow kids/teenagers to "pile in" more casually. The large kitchen is well stocked and there also is a smaller kitchen in the back of the house which came in handy when cooking some of our mega meals! We loved the enclosed large porch for our morning coffee, conversations throughout the day and an occasional afternoon or early evening nap! The location couldn't be more perfect for all that Falmouth has to offer. It is a five minute walk to the beach and a short walk to the quaint town of Falmouth. Other close by attractions not to be missed are The Shining Sea Bike Trail, The Nob (breathtaking view), Woods Hole (eat at Shucker's Raw Bar and also The Landfall Restaurant) and the ferry ride over to Martha's Vineyard. The owner is very cordial and always available to answer any questions and/or handle any matter that may arise. Our family had a wonderful time and would definitely return for a "do again"!"

"What more can we say? Our stay at the garret was very special. The artistic furnishings in the garret provided a beautiful, warm, welcoming feeling. Brenda, our gracious host was most welcoming upon our arrival. She provided us with a wealth of information about the town including food recommendations, history, etc. (all were accurate). The location of the home is absolutely beautiful and it is located at the foot of an historic footbridge that leads to a lovely trail for hiking and cycling. Convenience is the key phrase for the location of the garret. You can walk easily to local restaurants and shops. Beautiful sunsets abound in this location. We hope to return to this beautiful place again and again."

"My family, 7 adults and 4 grandchildren, throughly enjoyed our week long stay. The house met all our needs-large kitchen and gas grill, pool table, huge front lawn and beautiful hydrangeas. Chatham was a delightful town with a great variety of shoppes and restaurants. The grandkids found the best fudge and ice cream shoppes. We enjoyed an old fashioned band concert in the park. It is the ideal vacation home!"
