"This is an amazing house. The house, the yard, the deck, the location, everything about is was top rate. We had a family reunion/vacation here the last week in June. Lots of adults and kids, and plenty of room for all. Every night fresh fish on the Barbie from the local market, and relaxing on the deck, which held and fed all of us with plenty of room. One complaint about the kitchen: it is overstocked! Never have had that "problem" before. Anything you need for food prep is there, with a gourmet kitchen to set the stage. The house itself had plenty of space, no one was in each other's way. The yard is great. We had whiffle ball games, badminton , and croquet. We also put on near 100 miles on our bikes. Not hard to do since the bike trail is right at the end of the road. It is a short bike to beaches, fish markets, and into Orleans for any shopping, ice cream, etc. The house is extremely well located, central to all of our favorite Cape haunts, and with the bike trail so near by, rarely needed to get in to the car. We have rented many times on the cape, this property has to rank as the top for us, and we hope to return. Thanks Liz for a great week, it just couldn't have been better."

"We were two families with 5 children ranging from 3-12 yrs. The house and beach were perfect! The house allowed for each family to have their 'own' space as well as allowing kids and adults to separate with two living areas on separate floors. The house is fully stocked with books and board games for all ages as well as a huge bin of outdoor sand toys, boogie boards, beach chairs and life jackets for all ages and sizes. The kitchen has everything you need, including lobster pots and utensils needed for a delicious lobster dinner. The beach is great for swimming and kayaking at higher tides, at low tide, it is fun to watch the fishermen pull in the oyster pots, etc. The ocean is only a 10 minute drive away and offers another great beach experience. The town of wellfleet is very quaint with everything you need as well as a variety of restaurants to choose from. Wellfleet is much less busy than other towns on the Cape, which we enjoyed. We truly enjoyed our time here!"

"We were delighted with so many things - the view of the harbor and sunsets, the close proximity to activities (Wellfleet, beaches, bike path, great walks), the clean and beautiful home, the well equipped kitchen, the walk into town, 2 decks, and the helpfulness of the owner. It was a very special week - thanks Mary and Kurt."

"Wonderful rental house in Pocasset. Very clean, convenient to the local beaches, including a short walk to a small beach at the end of the street. This small peach/sandbar was perfect for my 11 month old granddaughter. Beds were firm & comfortable, and living spaces were sufficient for our group of 7. The front porch was pleasant with a water view and table to take meals. The owner stopped by on Saturday to greet us and to make sure everything was in order for our stay. One caution we learned: the top step down from the 2nd floor disappears into shadows during certain times of the day. Be careful you don't miss it and stumble down the stairwell."
