"The house has everything you need, feels just like home. Toys, beach equipment, a fully equipped kitchen, close proximity to town and beaches and all in a very clean and beauiful setting. Dont overpack with this house, its all at your disposal. We will certainly come back if we pick the cape for another vacation."

"Three generations gathered in this lovely home on Nauset Heights. We have stayed in this area in the past, but never in as well-equipped and gracious house. Walk to the beach, sit on the deck and listen to the surf and just relax. Plenty of room to be together for meals and games but to get away from each other when you desire: younger folks to play pool on the first floor, watch TV in the family room or have a conversation in the living room.
Comments on Nauset Beach: You have easy access to the public Nauset Beach (without having to fight for a parking place) with lifeguards and the fabulous onion rings at Liam's. But you also have direct walking access to the connected private beach which has no lifeguards but has the benefit of privacy and fewer crowds."

"My family and I enjoyed a wonderful and relaxing vacation at this home. The location on the water provides vistas that can’t be beat. The house was comfortable, well-stocked and well-appointed, with many different living and sleeping areas to choose from. The neighborhood is quiet and tucked back, yet close enough to several different beaches, the rail trail, kayak rentals, restaurants and shopping so there’s something for everyone to do, rain or shine. It's a perfect place to catch up on some much needed R&R and we look forward to visiting again!"

"My family and I have stayed in this property the last two summers and thoroughly enjoy the house and area. It has plenty of room for our family of four and is very conveniently located. There is plenty of outdoor space and we've spent most evenings having dinner outdoors. The nearest beach is walkable (15 mins or so) or a quick drive. There is a bike path even closer for walking, jogging or biking. We've often biked to Woods Hole with the kids and grabbed ice cream or lunch. The house is clean, well laid out and has all the amenities needed for a summer rental on the Cape. We like it so much we've already booked our time for next summer!"
