  • Excellent Condo

"Got married in Provincetown in September 2014. Great weather this time of year. We wanted a nice condo with some privacy. Jim and Ted's condo was the perfect find. It was away from the hustle/bustle of town but yet close enough to walk or ride a bike to shops/restaurants. The condo was in excellent condition, very clean - thanks to Jo Lynn (the care-taker downstairs). Kitchen amenities were outstanding. If you need an obscure kitchen utensil/appliance, they had it. We loved the shower (2 shower heads). The bedroom had plenty of space to unpack - lots of drawers and good sized closet. The huge windows throughout the condo were incredible - it brought in lots of light. The views from the balconies were unbelievable. Great place to spend some peaceful quite time early in the morning or while watching the sunset. It was also nice to know that when you got home from the day's activities, that there was a parking spot waiting for you. We would highly recommend this condo if you are visiting Ptown, you will not be disappointed. A big thanks to Jim & Ted and Jo Lynn for making our stay so wonderful. The champagne was much appreciated. We look forward to returning in the near future."

  • Absolute rare find on all of Cape Cod

"Stunning home that acts as though it has 3 separate homes all built into one! The layout lends itself to a group setting but allows for intimate time away when needed. All decor and furnishings are extremely well kept and the linens are top notch. From the morning sun to the evening sunset, this home is perfect for those looking to soak in the scenery of a gorgeous pond that is offset by nearly an acre of grassy area made for building fires or relaxing in the sun. An upstairs loft is perfect for children and the master suite is a must see!! The other two suites are very upscale and well kept with private bathrooms throughout. The house is one of the cleanest I have stayed in thus far, and comes with all the upscale amenities one would expect. I highly recommend this home to families or a group of friends looking for a perfect location. I look forward to coming back to this gem for many years to come!!!!"

  • Perfect!

"We stayed a week here at Starfish. It was wonderful. Besides there being many activities close by, it was nice to just chill at "home". Very comfortable, quiet, and homey. Lots of natural light and windows facing the beach. It was our first experience of Cape Cod an we would definetly return! Highly recommend Starfish."

  • Lovely

"This is a lovely rental, clean and well maintained, and only steps from the sound with beautiful sunsets, and a short walk to town. The house has everything you need and is perfect for large families: Beach towels, washer and dryer, dishwasher, dishes, pots and pans (if you want to cook -we ate out mostly), out door shower and three bathrooms, fenced in yard for kids, sand chairs in the shed, and games for the evening or a raining day. A walk to town for breakfast or coffee and a pastry is always pleasant, and a glass of wine on the deck is lovely. There are a number of good places to eat in or near Harwich Port ranging from seafood shacks to gourmet dining, and on a raining day try taking art lessons (adults and children) at the Pickett Fence in town. Chatham ( the next town up) is a good place to go shopping for nice gifts for an "outing," and there are some good places to eat there too, as well as seal watching. Stop by the Chamber of Commerce in Harwich Port for brochures on activities and sight seeing. The landlord is very helpful so don't hesitate to ask for suggestions and guidance."
