Great house and location
"This is a great house for vacationing families! The BR configuration (2 queen BRs downstairs, 1 queen BR and 1 BR with 4 twins upstairs plus a loft space with a twin bed) and 2 full baths plus outside shower easily accommodates two families. The LR is bright and airy and the loft space can also serve as a family room. There is a large, well-stocked eat-in kitchen (though the table only seats 6). There is a great selection of games and movies on hand. There is a nice back deck with table and grill and the house is in a private wooded setting; there is no lawn but the small cul-de-sac in front of the house provides a place for kids to play. The garage is convenient for storing your bikes. The location is great, close to Nauset Light and Coastguard beaches (~1.5 miles), Arnold's and the bike path (<1 mile), and the elementary school (<.5 miles), which has a nice playground.
The property was very clean, and some renters may appreciate the option to clean the house yourself and skip the cleaning fee. The owners were very quick and responsive in answering questions. Highly recommended!"

"This was the first time that my family had rented our own house on the Cape. It is without hesitation that I can tell you, the whole process, all thanks to Wendolyn, was absolutely seamless. She was prompt in her responses and could not have been more accommodating. We stayed in Cottage A - and the size was perfect for my family of 3. While we were outside most of the time, the time spent inside was never cramped. The bedrooms were a good size, as was the living area. It was also terrific to have the picnic table out on the side deck - for eating lunch or dinner outside. In addition, it is in excellent proximity to Campground Beach - an easy walk, and the road that the house is located on, is very quiet. Just a wonderful spot for a beach vacation. Thank you, Wendolyn!"

Family of 11, 6 adults, 5 children - ages 9 mos., 3, 5, 7, and 10 yrs.
"This home has been perfect for our family with the cottage out back where the younger children can go to bed early and take a quiet nap during the day. This was our third year to spend our family vacation at this home. It has everything a family needs for a wonderful vacation. The location is great for walking to town, restaurants, shops, bike path. The yard is perfect and safe for children's outdoor play. We loved that bikes are available. Two of our grandsons learned to bike during this vacation. We highly recommend this home for families with children, or for anyone else."

"It's very rare that that the reality of a thing is better than what you imagine, but the
little cottage certainly was. We walked the beautiful private beach at sunrise and later in
the evening so beautiful. The fireplace was perfect for toasting marshmallows and the
television was available for the ones who wanted it. We were a group of four women
and amazingly we ALL enjoyed our stay and want to return. Lots of sightseeing available for those who need to keep moving and the local people are helpful and friendly. The
history of the property is amazing for those who like history."
