"We were a party of 8. 4 adults and 4 children. The bedrooms were perfect for the exact needs of everybody. The house was immaculate, charming and had plenty of room to move around. The grounds are well maintained and lovely. The outdoor shower was wonderful and a pleasure after a long day at the beach.
The kitchen included everything you might need to prepare meals. We barbecued almost every night and loved having everything at our disposal.
The house is a few blocks away from the private beach which is very nice. We went to Sea Gull beach most of the days and that is only a five minute drive away with plenty of parking. It's $20 to park but well worth it. The town is only a few miles a way from Hyannis, which was perfect. One of the days was cloudy so we took the ferry from Hyannis to Nantucket. There is an inflatable park a couple of miles down the road and the kids (and adults) had a blast at that for the day. There's a supermarket a couple of miles down and plenty of shopping for your other needs. There are a few mini golf courses on that same strip. The mall is only minutes away as well.
We had a great time and thank you to the Barnetts for answering all our questions!"

"I can honestly say this is the best VRBO property that we have stayed in. The house easily accommodated our extended family of nine.
The owners were very friendly and were very helpful in informing us of the different sites and restaurants.
The house was immaculate. It had every imaginable device needed for an extended stay and more dishes than you count. The layout offered privacy and spaciousness. The furniture was tasteful and comfortable.
The outside property was suitable for the kids games.
It is in a rural area of Cape Cod and very quiet. Access to main Cape Cod roads was easy, but I would could not recommend Cape Cod in July as the traffic was brutal, which of course is no fault of the owner. It was about a ninety minute drive to Provincetown for the whale watching.
I would high recommend Captain Jack's for families that don't need water front property."

"We have been going to the cape for the last 12 years. Lucky for us the last 8 have been on this property. It's all about location and this house sits perfectly to accommodate all of our vacation adventures. Bakers Pond is a gem and a life savor after a long day in salt water. This house is extremy well maintained with up to date appliances and comfy beds. The Best thing is a fully stocked kitchen which trust me you don't get everywhere. The first floor washer and dryer is another bonus I couldn't live without. Our kids loved the Wifi this year as well. The owners are always accommodating and respond in a flash. Why would we go anywhere else?!!"
