Great place to stay!
"The house was perfect. So much fun for a girls reunion weekend. The location was perfect, a quick ride to Provincetown, right in downtown Wellfleet, and a quick walk to the beach. Barbara was flexible to our needs to arrive early and had the house in perfect condition. Great stay!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this rental property. The house was very clean and well kept. The character of the home was amazing. The spiral staircase and the wide plank flooring in older section of the house was very nice. We spent a lot of our time in the screened in porch which had plenty of room for everyone. The long lane back to the property felt like you were traveling back into time. It was very secluded and yet it was just minutes to downtown Wellfleet. The house was very close to everything we wanted to do in Wellfleet and was it is centrally located on the cape so you can explore all of Cape Cod. The ocean beaches were about 10 minutes away and they were truly breathtaking. Duck Beach on the bay side is a must visit and the sunset never seems to end. It was really cool to see seals in the ocean and in the bay. Cape Cod was awesome and is a must see !!!"

"I want to thank Carol and Joe for a wonderful week in Wellfleet. Their house was just right for us. It had plenty of space for two couples (parents and a set of married children) with private bedrooms, baths, and sitting areas for each of us and a great gathering space in the dining room and sunspace that looked out onto lovely shade trees and the salt marsh. It was warm but not too hot while we were there and we were grateful that the sunspace was sunny in the morning and shaded in the afternoon and evening. Opening the windows let the breezes blow through too. It was extra fun in the few rain showers to sit in the sunspace and watch the water pour off. The house is very nicely decorated and we couldn't believe how well equipped the kitchen was. It had every kind of dish, bowl, pan and accessory you could ever want. The house is very private but, on a sad note, you can hear the Highway 6 traffic across the salt marsh if you keep the bedroom windows open at night. I'm sensitive to noise but actually it didn't bother me at all. The location was convenient to everything from Orleans to Ptown. It was funny to us that the tradition in that part of the country is that owners don't provide linens and also apparently you can't leave food behind. It's always nice to find a supply of stuff like ketchup and mayo in the fridge. But those were small inconveniences compared to all the other amenities. So, we highly recommend this house."

"Amazing house with great access to the beach and the best bar/restaurant in the lower cape, the beachcomber. The house is in great shape and has great views of the beach from the living room and master bedroom. Fantastic house for a stay in wellfleet."
