Wow! The perfect Cape Cod location...
"The trip up the Cape to Wellfleet, then off the beaten path as directed where we were thrilled to arrive at this lovely home! Immaculate, wonderfully appointed, you won't need a thing, and everything it is described to be and more! The location, the house and the grounds offer every opportunity for lovely private woodsy views and relaxation any time of day or night.
Then with easy proximity to great local restaurants and to fishing wherever you'd like - bay or ocean, the touring by foot and car, the beach hopping and so much more. We were afforded a perfect Cape Cod holiday, on the National Cape Cod Seashore, in a fabulous home. Yes, wow! We can't wait to go back!"

"What a truly fabulous house. The panoramic views of the marsh are lovely and calming. There is a baby grand piano. My husband entertained us with Neil Young songs with my son accompanying him on guitar. Yoga on the deck facing the marsh in the early morning was another plus. It is such a quaint home with nice open living space both upstairs and downstairs. Best of all dogs are allowed and our dog Reba loves it as well"

"Over the years my family has rented numerous summer homes in Wellfleet. For five years, we owned one. This house rates as a favorite experience. The house is unique, modern, clean, and extremely well-appointed. The two patios, one with a table that would seat eight easily and the other in a sunny spot with comfortable lounge chairs, look down a wooded hillside. I saw hummingbirds, an owl (a real one, not the ones placed to discourage predators), and many songbirds. The perennial gardens are beautiful. The owners have furnished and decorated the house tastefully and eclectically. While everything you need is there, everything you don't need is not (for example, the medicine cabinets, bureau drawers, and bedroom closets are empty and ready for your stuff). It is extremely private and yet conveniently located because you can get to Wellfleet town and harbor on quiet back roads without getting on Route 6.
Part of the house's charm is the unique architecture. The concrete floors are cool and clean. Natural light and cooling breezes come through the skylights in nearly every room. This means that if you are light sensitive you will wake with the morning light. My guess is that some people will love this and some people will not.
We very much enjoyed our stay!"

"We love this house and it's location. We stay here for 1 perfect week a summer. Just a short walk to downtown with fabulous restaurants, galleries and Mayo beach. Our favorite activities are surf kayaking, sailing on the ponds ,jogging along the ocean, biking, and the free Shakespeare in the park. This house is always clean and comfortably accommodates family and friends. The outdoor shower is amazing and we love breakfast and dinner on the quiet back patio. There is also plenty of parking for visitors. Bob and his wife are always available to answer questions. couldn't ask for a better owner!!!"
