  • Wedding weekend

"This house was perfect for our family to gather for a wedding last weekend. The house was clean, well equipped and convenient. Only bad was the coffee maker broke but the neighbor was kind enough to have a coffee maker for sale at his yard sale so for $5 we were ready for our dunkinn coffee. Someone else was selling tomatoes ans thai basil....yum. We were so busy with family activity we did not see much of the natural beauty of cape cod up close and personal but we would come back here...definitely. Only negative was the yard was overgrown so grandchildren could not play there. We were so busy otherwise not a real problem on this trip."

  • Terrific vacation home

"This vacation home, close to the ocean, bay, ponds and town, has everything one could ask for: beautful and comfortable sun room , great kitchen, well stocked with every conceivable utensil, excellent deck, plenty of room and a master bathroom (many places have bedrooms smaller than the extraordinary slate shower) second to none. Wonderfully enjoyable."

  • An exceptional space

"Although this was, for us, a honeymoon stay, we enjoyed it with wonderful friends. The spaciousness allowed everyone to have the privacy they needed, while still having the fun of sharing a good time with friends. The two houses can clearly handle up to about 10 people (there were eight of us). The grounds are gorgeous. The owners are professional horticulturalists and the grounds have been laid out beautifully, highlighting the best elements of Cape Cod's flora. The facilities made our stay comfortable. The location was easy to Provincetown, to downtown Wellfleet, the beaches, and historic places along the cape. Without hesitation, this will be a place we'll come back to. If you choose to stay here, you won't regret it. A beautiful and memorable time. I know that our pictures will never fully capture the wonder of the place, but my memory will always hold it dear to me."

  • Balance

"Peaceful, quiet, well maintained home with a HUGE kitchen / dining room. If you like to visit the cape with a large family (or simply like a lot of room to wiggle), look no further. This abode offers a comfy ‘lived in’ feel you never get from renting little cottages or motel rooms. With all the hustle and bustle of cape festivities, it’s nice to end the evening cooking on the grill in the spacious back deck with only birds and the breeze as background noise. As far as the owners of the abode: Friendly, quick to respond, detailed (aesthetically and functionally) and don’t cut corners. In short, the place offers balance. Balance, in that you can rest peacefully and feel safe in a quant setting while sipping coffee as you read a book, make yourself a healthy snack, or get to bed early for the next days adventures. Balance, in that a short distance away you can be biking in the hills of the dunes, singing off key to kereoke, or simply taking a romantic walk on one of several beaches watching the sun set across the ocean horizon. In summary: I have always thought a great vacation meant the proximity of fun activities. That where you stayed mattered little since all you do is sleep there. Now that I discovered this vacation home, I realized I was missing half of what made a vacation extraordinay… It’s about looking forward to going ‘home’, knowing the extra rest you get there makes your experiences for the next vacation day even better."
