"From our initial inquiry through the last day of our week-long stay, everything at Vineyard Views was wonderful. Clean, comfortable, and convenient walking distance to town and beach. Especially nice was to find that the kitchen had everything we needed to host a gathering of family members who had come to the Cape for a wedding.
Before we left, we were already checking the calendar to see when we might be able to return.
Thank you Mike and Janice!"

"This was the first time that my family had rented our own house on the Cape. It is without hesitation that I can tell you, the whole process, all thanks to Wendolyn, was absolutely seamless. She was prompt in her responses and could not have been more accommodating. We stayed in Cottage A - and the size was perfect for my family of 3. While we were outside most of the time, the time spent inside was never cramped. The bedrooms were a good size, as was the living area. It was also terrific to have the picnic table out on the side deck - for eating lunch or dinner outside. In addition, it is in excellent proximity to Campground Beach - an easy walk, and the road that the house is located on, is very quiet. Just a wonderful spot for a beach vacation. Thank you, Wendolyn!"

"This house was everything they said it was and then some. The pictures didn't do it justice. The layout was perfect for a family spending time on the beach. The outdoor shower was very private located at ground level inside the basement or garage. Come up the back steps to leave laundry at the laundry room and move on to the bedrooms/bathrooms. The living space is upstairs with a very airy feel and a view of the sea. The kitchen was more than adequate with all the utensils and dishes you would need. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out an relax also.
The beach also was such a pleasure! There is a beautiful sand bar that is exposed at low tide. We had a lot of fun looking for sand dollars and making massive sand castles on the sand bar. As the tide came in, it was fascinating for us Illinoisans to watch the tide swallow them up. We also walked down past the public beach to the rocks extending out into the water and did some crabbing. This was also a new experience for my kids. We easily caught fourteen crabs with pieces of chicken sraps and string. We could have caught lots more had we stayed longer, but the kids were ready to get back to the quieter beach near our house. It was still a neat experience for the kids to watch the crabs and then release them back into the water. We took a whale watch out of Barnstable one morning also. It was a short 15-20 min drive and the whales performed beautifully. All in all, a very relaxing and memorable time!! I would recommend this place to anyone and especially families with children."
