"I can honestly say this is the best VRBO property that we have stayed in. The house easily accommodated our extended family of nine.
The owners were very friendly and were very helpful in informing us of the different sites and restaurants.
The house was immaculate. It had every imaginable device needed for an extended stay and more dishes than you count. The layout offered privacy and spaciousness. The furniture was tasteful and comfortable.
The outside property was suitable for the kids games.
It is in a rural area of Cape Cod and very quiet. Access to main Cape Cod roads was easy, but I would could not recommend Cape Cod in July as the traffic was brutal, which of course is no fault of the owner. It was about a ninety minute drive to Provincetown for the whale watching.
I would high recommend Captain Jack's for families that don't need water front property."

"We just returned from a glorious week in this absolutely wonderful cottage. The West End of Commercial Street is a charming, picturesque part of town and the cottage perfectly situated in the best spot. No expense was spared in the renovation and the furnishings -- fabrics, lighting, art, even the window shades are all lovely. You have a great private seating area on your own patio just outside the back door, within view of the water. The large shared deck is directly on the water and you have your own two lounge chairs to enjoy. In fact, there is really no need to go the beach -- the water (at high tide) comes directly to you. Marvelous!"

"April on the cape can still be quite chilly and damp, but in this little house we were warm as can be and never needed the furnace; the fireplace kept us warm as we snuggled in with our books.
We had beautiful warm days as well and explored the towns up and down the cape, went to ocean side as well. Concluded that the little bay beach at the end of the street was perfect both at high tide and low. Low tide is amazing. You can walk out forever on the flats, having timed the advent of the incoming tide ofcourse.
The house is lovely. Absolutely not a typical rental. Of all the VRBO properties we have rented over the years this was the homiest. Very well stocked from kitchen to patio to beach toys, kyacks and bicycles. The furnishings were lovely. You don't often find a dining room in a rental with a set of handsome hitchcock chairs
Would love to come back and very strongly suggest others spend their time on the cape RIGHT HERE."

"We loved our stay in this well maintained small, quaint but comfortable cottage with just about everything needed for a great vacation. It's a short walk to my favorite beach or a quick ride to all kinds of entertainment, restaraunts or day excursions to other parts of the Cape. We mostly just parked the car in the driveway and soaked up the sun and surf. Great meats and fish at the Dennis Public market to grill. This was our second stay."
