  • Beautiful house near private beach

"My family and I absolutely loved every minute of our week long stay at this cozy cape house. We were immiediately drawn to the beauty of the decor, very homey and very much a Cape Cod feel. The yard is immaculate, with plenty of lounging space, a fire pit, grill, and hammock. Everything you could need! The short bike ride or walk to the beach was a huge perk, and one of the reasons we will be coming back to this house! Bikes are available at the house which we used daily to ride to the beach, just a quick 2 or 3 minute ride. The beach is beautiful, not too crowded, and perfect for long walks. The Brewster location is ideal. Close to many restaurants, a cute bookstore, and bakery, among many others. Do not miss out on this one!"

  • Comfortable Stay, Great Location

"All the other reviews that call out the location benefits are spot on. A quick 5-minute walk and you are at the Cape Cod National Seashore without having to deal with parking. My dog loved it. The house is simply furnished, comfortable and very clean. It has a nice open feeling to it that I enjoyed. The first nor'easter of the season hit while I was visiting, and it was a great place to just hunker down with a good book and watch the storm rage outside. John has put together a very thorough intro packet, with recommendations for things to do, places to eat, the works (enjoyed Red Barn Pizza and Mac's Seafood). I enjoyed my stay and will definitely visit again."

  • Great long weekend with friends

"I rented this house with a group of friends for a weekend wedding. The house comfortably slept 12 of us and the location could not have been better as it allowed us to walk to and from town without having to carpool. Everything in the house was clean, comfortable and most of the appliances and bathrooms were brand new. We had a fantastic time and would recommend staying at this property for any type of Cape vacation!"

  • Great house!

"Three generations gathered in this lovely home on Nauset Heights. We have stayed in this area in the past, but never in as well-equipped and gracious house. Walk to the beach, sit on the deck and listen to the surf and just relax. Plenty of room to be together for meals and games but to get away from each other when you desire: younger folks to play pool on the first floor, watch TV in the family room or have a conversation in the living room. Comments on Nauset Beach: You have easy access to the public Nauset Beach (without having to fight for a parking place) with lifeguards and the fabulous onion rings at Liam's. But you also have direct walking access to the connected private beach which has no lifeguards but has the benefit of privacy and fewer crowds."
