Fabulous 3 generation holiday
"11 of us just spent the most wonderful week at Kate and Paul's beautiful beachfront home. We were there to celebrate our 50th anniversary with our children and their families. We all loved the home which has lots of room in which to spread out, a kitchen that is well equipped and can handle multiple cooks, comfortable bedrooms, lots of bathrooms, very tasteful decor and a great dining room table where we could all be together for family dinners. We had 6 adults and 5 grandchildren ages 4 to 11. The television was never turned on! Your game of Apples to Apples was a big hit and turns out to be quite a noisy game as people felt they had to support their choices.
We had wonderful weather and a lot of time was spent on the expansive outdoor deck and on the beach. The water was very warm and the breeze steady. It was appreciated as was the hot tub and the outdoor shower. We did pull ourselves away from this little piece of heaven to bike on the Cape Cod Rail Trail, Whale watch out of Province town and get some Emack and Bolios ice cream in Chatham...a truly lovely town and amazing ice cream.
Many thanks for sharing your lovely home."

"My husband and I stayed at this lovely waterfront home for 10 days, being familiar with the Mashpee area from previous summers on the Cape. Monomoscoy Island is very special - beautiful marshes with Ospreys, snowy egrets, herons flying above along with lots of other marsh birds. We took advantage of the kayaks available at the house to paddle along Great River many times during our stay - it was wonderful to just be able to get right into the water. Deb and Tim had everything we needed to enjoy the water and the outdoors. We ate outside every day with its beautiful water view, biked all over the area (it's relatively flat and easy to ride), and took many great day trips to our favorite Cape spots- Sandwich, Monomoy Island near Chatham, Woods Hole, Falmouth, and Wing Island in Brewster. But we also could have chosen to stay home and relax at the house and would have had a great relaxing time then as well! Deb shared the history of the island with us, since her family is one of the original residents here. Deb and Tim were most accommodating and willing to help out with advice, recommendations, and provide anything we needed. We'd highly recommend this house for a family or a couple that loves the water and the quietness of a slightly off the beaten track location, but with easy access to all the Cape has to offer."

review of adorable antiique cottage in chatham, cape cod
"recently my husband, son and daughter-in-law and their baby spent a delightful week at the antique cottage in Chatham....it's not an antique! It's a wonderful, fully equipped, air conditioned house within walking distance of two beaches with a lovely screen porch and a delightful back yard. The house was tastefully decorated but very comfortable. Beach equipment, a gas grill, chairs, toys, games, internet, two tvs-the house had it all...and it was immaculate. Having rented other homes, I can highly recommend this cottage for anyone who loves the Cape and wants to be in Chatham."

"Our family of four spent a week here and were very happy with everything this condo had to offer. Plenty of space, everything was well maintained and extremely clean, the kitchen - well equipped. The third floor balcony had a great view of the sunset. The garage was essential for parking our bikes out of the elements. The decor was so airy and beautiful, that we found ourselves staying at home at night, playing games and watching TV, instead of going to town. Commercial St. is a 5-10 minute walk away - across the big parking lot behind the condos. If you ride bikes - even less. Mac's restaurant ,within a walking distance, is pretty good: we tried their salmon and the sushi. The local Stop and Shop is also within walking distance. Jill, the manager, was very helpful and cheerful. What more can I say? Will definitely come back in the future!"
