"We loved staying at this house! The kitchen was so well-equipped that we didn't have to use half the things we brought to cook with. We enjoyed the quiet, the central air, and the proximity to many attractions. We have been going to the Cape for many years and this was by far one of the nicest houses we have rented! Immaculate! My son who lives in Hull Mass was able to join us for a few days with his girlfriend so it was even more special!"

  • A great family vacation house!

"We had a truly relaxing vacation in this house! There was plenty of room for all of us and we were very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped to cook family meals, the sunsets were amazing, the proximity to town was an unexpected pleasure and the ability to do laundry was a perk! The town of Wellfleet was a lot of fun to explore with a couple of great restaurants. We loved the National Seashore and loved having it be not very far away!"

  • Lovely

"This is a lovely rental, clean and well maintained, and only steps from the sound with beautiful sunsets, and a short walk to town. The house has everything you need and is perfect for large families: Beach towels, washer and dryer, dishwasher, dishes, pots and pans (if you want to cook -we ate out mostly), out door shower and three bathrooms, fenced in yard for kids, sand chairs in the shed, and games for the evening or a raining day. A walk to town for breakfast or coffee and a pastry is always pleasant, and a glass of wine on the deck is lovely. There are a number of good places to eat in or near Harwich Port ranging from seafood shacks to gourmet dining, and on a raining day try taking art lessons (adults and children) at the Pickett Fence in town. Chatham ( the next town up) is a good place to go shopping for nice gifts for an "outing," and there are some good places to eat there too, as well as seal watching. Stop by the Chamber of Commerce in Harwich Port for brochures on activities and sight seeing. The landlord is very helpful so don't hesitate to ask for suggestions and guidance."

  • A slice of heaven on Cape Cod!

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Chatham Seaside "Daisy" Cottage. The location is within steps to the beach, and the cottage is sparkling clean. The photos of the cottages are accurate and depict what a lovely location it is. The owner, Scott, is very friendly and eager to help make your stay enjoyable. The cottage has access to kayaks, beach chairs, picnic tables and outdoor grills with propane. It's a great spot for fisherman too. There really was nothing more we could've needed, except for maybe a washer/dryer but who wants to do laundry on vacation anyway? :) Even though the cottage is small in size, it's great for a family with small children due to it's proximity to the beach. It's easy to walk back to the cottage for naps, lunch, etc. The tidal pools at the beach are a terrific way to entertain kids. We highly recommend staying at Chatham Seaside Cottages, especially if you are interested in staying close to the beach!"
