  • Great place for family reunions

"Wonderful house a stone's throw from Lewis Bay. Large open eat-in kitchen and great deck and yard. Widow's walk with spectacular view of Lewis Bay. Although the house could use some updating, everything was in good working order and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. There are multiple areas for people to congregate and lovely breezes off the bay. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Would rent this property again."

  • Awesome cottage is a the "Hidden Gem" of West Yarmouth!

"My young son and I have stayed here twice and we both look forward to returning again in the future. Off the beat and path, this cottage is charming (comfy-cozy as my son likes to say) - a home away from home right on a breathtaking pond overlooking the ocean, and a short walk or bike ride to a nice white sandy beach. And it's still close to numerous restaurants, mini-golf and shops. I really can't say enough about this place. It's in the perfect location to access everything the Cape has to offer. Hyannis is next door, and Orleans or Chatham a short scenic drive up Rt. 28. When we're not out sightseeing, my son loves lying on the dock and watching the fish and crabs at low tide. I've enjoyed hanging out on the steps or relaxing in a chair outside, drinking a glass of pino and feeling like I'm in another world. I'd highly recommend this place for families with small children, and it would totally provide the perfect getaway/reunion retreat for a couple or small group of friends (young or old) looking for a temporary escape from reality. To those of you who are reading this and are in search of a summer vacation rental – you can officially stop looking. You’ve found the perfect place!"

  • Excellent property

"As advertised. Spacious home with WIFI and flat panel TV's. Very close to Seagull beach-the nicest beach we have ever been to on the Cape. Loads of Bars/Restaurants (with take-out) near by. The house has a screened in room that was fantastic. Worked very well for our vacation with a rambunctious 19 month old boy. We will be back."

  • Wonderful home, Great location and quiet!

"I stayed there with my husband, in laws and sister and husband and 4 children. The home was very charming and pretty much all the furniture is new. The bathrooms looked newly redone and the home was spotless upon our arrival. It was great to have a bedroom with a small bath to itself on the first floor for my elderly parents. The picnic table was great to eat at all week, but the front yard adirondack chairs were a big hit as well. The area is as the owner describes. It is such a charming street with a great feel to it, quiet and nice neghbors etc, but so close to almost anything you would want to do on vacation within a 2 to 10 minute drive, for kids, adults or the entire family. We are sold on the mid cape! Thanks, John for the pitch....... great location and minutes to the ferries to the island! . Loved that."
