  • Great holiday rental

"We had a great experience in this condo over Thanksgiving weekend. It was cozy for our family of 5 (3 kids ages 7, 10, 11), but since we spend most of our time visiting family and friends, it worked out perfectly to have the bunk bed and twin. Well kept, bright and nicely stocked, we didn't lack for anything (except maybe coffee cups but that's because we drink a lot of coffee!). The linens clinched the deal. We also paid extra for two days of swimming pool and exercise room usage, but off season, it wasn't expensive and the facilities are nice. The setting on the golf and this being an end unit was lovely."

  • Couldn't be better!

"This cottage is indeed charming and contemporary, with all that is needed for a peaceful, relaxing vacation. Situated in the woods, it's a short walk to ponds and/or town, and a quick drive to beaches. Enjoy a quiet meal or adult beverage away from the crowd on the deck. Suzanne and Curt are so easy to deal with, and are beyond flexible. They accommodated my family, absolute last minute, for a very reasonable price and stress/worry free. I can't say enough about them, or their very lovely cottage. I highly recommend them and their home for a great vacation rental. I definitely will be back."

  • Lovely lovely and lovelier

"What a lovely well kept home. We stayed for 3 wks and it was lovely from start to finish. The house is well appointed with everything you could want. The beds really comfortable. The furniture well kept and clean. You can tell how much the owners love this home and take such good care of it. It was only 1/2 mile walk to the beach. We did lots of hanging out, rode on the bike trail a lot, beach of course, walked every morning, sat on the back deck a lot, reading and playing cribbage. And took every shower outdoors. LOVE outdoor showers, especially with a cold beer in the late afternoon. We also got lobsters and steamers from the Chatham Fish and Lobster. Went to the movies and of course, Friday nite in Chatham under the stars with the Chatham band. Yum."

  • Gorgeous secluded home with spreading grounds, with finished basement, 3rd bedroom

"This secluded, beautifully decorated home, with every kitchen amenity and cool breezes and multiple decks should be on everyone's short list if you need a spacious rental home. We didn't miss AC though it is humid. The house is off Route 6 on a very long private road with just one other house. Short drive to town. You can glimpse a house on the hill opposite and at the end of the road if you walk out to see the bay filtered through trees. The large comfy living room has multiple arm chairs and couches for different projects, games or reading-- and soft nautical oil paintings. Three identical rugs connect that with the dining room, and the kitchen is open to let cooks enjoy the company. There is a huge wrap-around deck, again, lots of chairs with pretty cushions to accommodate everyone and still have space for kids to play, grills to cook on. For the night time, when Cape mosquitoes appear, there is a spacious screened in porch, a necessity in summer. The master bedroom has a Queen bed, pillowtop mattress, very comfortable and lovely furniture--a 4-poster bed, an elegant tiger maple dressing table, chest, chairs and lots of space for luggage and personal items. Tiny details reveal any extraordinary eye--alabaster lamps, an art deco lamp. The second bedroom, with the four twin beds also has beautiful objects and furnishings, far beyond what you see elsewhere in what might be called the "dormitory room." Oh, it is a really pretty room. On the first floor TV room, there also lovely pieces picked up probably from travels around the world. All the bathrooms are modern, with marble countertops, lots of space and the main floor powder room is especially attractive. The third bedroom is very large, though in the basement, and as the exterminators had just visited, it had a chemical smell, especially from the adjoining laundry room, accessed from that bedroom. It is probably not a problem when the humidity is low, but not a place to put a guest family or your parents in. However, teens would love the big TV and the multiple day beds and couches, plus the queen bed and all that space. The other point not seen in the pictures is how lovely the landscaping is. There's a vast green lawn with a hedge of blue hydrangeas and rows of yellow roses, also a small fountain. We loved it."
