"Our group of 11 spent five days at this property. Great access to the T. Kids in the basement, adults on the first and second floors. Worked out very well for all. JP has nice restaurants and nice little shops which are very convenient. All in all a wonderful trip."

"We stayed for 4 night in the heart of Cambridge, just a sort ride to downtown off the red line and a quick walk to Harvard Square. The place was spacious and easy to find. If I have any suggestion it would be to install ceiling fans in the front room and the kitchens to help circulate air, otherwise a first rate experience."

"The apartment was perfect. It is conveniently located to the T. There is no need for a car. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. Located right next to the State House. The owner has provided everything you need for a very comfortable stay. He even called to make sure everything was ok ."

"We came for a week and wanted to see as much as possible so did not want to spent time commuting. The description provided and photos are so accurate but I don't think they mentioned there was LOTS of hot water for that relaxing bath or shower after a long day of sight seeing! The house is truly lovely - clean and well equipped and the hosts are wonderful, warm and helpful. The location is perfect and we enjoyed our stay so much. The neighborhood, down East Broadway, we found friendly and accommodating - everything from the grocery store to restaurants and the lovely Italian Bakery. Although we only had only to walk one block to the bus, which would have taken us down West Broadway to the T Station, we chose to walk the whole way. It's a lovely stroll past shops and restaurants to the Red line and 3 stops later we were on the Boston Common. From there, most everything is accessible. We visited Fenway Park, did the Freedom Trail, took the Ferry from Long Wharf and enjoyed the sights and history of Salem, toured Beacon Hill, walked to the Dorchester Monument in South Boston and down to the beach . . . just to name a few. It was a wonderful birthday celebration trip and our thanks goes to Max and Donna for their help and for making us feel so welcome. I would highly recommend this property to everyone with the exception of people who cannot climb stairs . . . there are a few but the stairway is well lit so for the rest - no problem! Go . . . have fun . . ."
