  • Great location. Wonderful building.

"Staying here made us feel like we were really experiencing Boston. The building has some unique features like marble in the common areas and original subway tiles in the bathroom. It was clean and exactly like the pictures with plenty of room even with the murphy bed down. The location across from the Fens, walking distance to Fenway Park, next to a vibrant neighborhood and very near the T-line stop is ideal for visiting any part of the city. One caution...do not rent a car. Parking is a big problem and you don't really need one. The T-line makes it easy to get to and from the airport and the greater Boston area in general. And the price can't be beat. Definitely a find!"

  • Harbor View is great!

"This quirky little apartment was a great find for us as we enjoyed Boston. Convenient to the T stop to get anywhere you want quickly. Open space to play/ picnic is across the street with a wonderful view of Boston's skyline. There is a little Italian restaurant a couple of block away (Express Pizza, I think) that has wonderful food and friendly staff. Owners were very available to answer any questions you have."

  • Perfect for a Large Group, Very Clean!

"We just stayed at this property for a bachelorette/girls weekend and the house was perfect for our needs. We were a group of 11 and this was more than adequate space for us. This was much more affordable than a hotel. The house was impeccably clean and just as advertised. Jeremy was great to work with, responded very quickly to inquiries and was even nice enough to give us a great dinner recommendation. There were clean sheets and towels just as advertised. In case its not clear from the description there are 2 full bathrooms which we weren't sure about when we read the description. There is a great outdoor space if the weather is nice. Parking was a little tricky since it is all street parking, we had 5-6 cars and were able to manage. Location is good, its about a $20.00 cab ride to the main part of the city. We also walked a little less than a mile to the Sam Adams brewery which was nice. The area surrounding the house is nice with some cute restaurants and shops. All in all a great option when visiting Boston and I could see it working for a variety of group types!"

  • Good Stay, Reasonable Price

"We were happy with this apartment(family of 5) and would probably book again. The description says it is a 1 bedroom, but this is basically a 2 bedroom place. The den is very functional as a bedroom, and has the most comfortable mattress. Nice amount of space, nice area out back to have a glass of wine in the evening, kitchen was well stocked with the basic supplies, and owner was happy to get us anything we needed if it wasn't. My only issue was the the apartment felt like it needed a good deep cleaning. We visited at the tail end of the summer, so it may just be that there was a lot of traffic in the apartment between deep cleanings. It could also be that the buildings out there are over 100 year old, and I may be acting unreasonably and being ignorant due to being from the west...nothing out here is that old! All in all, a great place to spend time with family. We were close to everything, got the hang of the public transit system very quickly, and had a great time."
